Delivery service was quick and efficient. Ordering was easy and straightforward. Quality wasn’t bad even though there was some stain on my fleece top.

I ordered a large personalized shirt…
I ordered a large personalized shirt for my son, who just turned 9. He has many different brands of t-shirts that fit him perfectly. We even have some 11-year-old t-shirts that are too big for him, but the large (12 -13) shirt we got from the England store fits him just right. I paid £80 for the shirt, which he will only be able to wear for 3 months. I understand the no return policy, but the sizing wasn't ideal.

Odpowiedź od England Store
Hello Daniel, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I hope you're doing well. I've reviewed your order, and I'm very sorry to hear that it was delivered approximately four weeks later than expected and was left at the wrong door. I understand how frustrating and disappointing that must have been, and I appreciate you allowing us to review what happened. I have reviewed your order and sent you an email to the email address that was on the order. We apologize again for the inconvenience, and we hope to hear from you soon. Sincerely, Sam
Scam you by claiming a player name + number is “personalised”
Claimed that a shirt they literally sell with player names + numbers pre printed on their website is “customised” so I can’t get a refund. I ordered a Kane shirt, he literally plays for England and they sell them pre customised. Nowhere are you warned you won’t be able to refund/return. Avoid at all costs. Would buy literally anywhere else.
