Too small for an average 9yr old very lean child
We order an England shirt for our friends in Italy as a present for their son. He is only a slender build 9yr old so we ordered 10-12 as guided by the size guide. It is far too small and at £65 +P&P is steep and now we have had to pay to return it. It’s all a bit too much tbh and there is no phone number to call and speak with someone. Quality of the goods was fine just very expensive to keep floating about when you can’t get the right size.

Awful - think twice
Bought an England shirt. The hem came apart at the bottom. The printed name peeled off. Because it happened more than 60 days after purchase, customer services said ‘not our problem’. Awful, just awful. My two other children both had the new shirt at the same time, personalised as well. No issues with either of them. The shirt was clearly faulty and they didn’t give a toss. £79.99 of cra*. Don’t bother.

Uncomfortable duvet
The fabric of the duvet cover is incredibly uncomfortable but i’m sure it’ll be fine after a lot more washes.
