I like the gym

The variety of classes is excellent and the staff are so hospitable and knowledgeable. I had refrained from joining for a long time because I thought the gym would be full of super fit gorgeous people but the clientele are mostly everyday folk and of all ages.

Excellent Facilities and friendly , Knowledgeable staff they have

Me and my partner did a free trial at this gym and it was lovely. We had this lovely woman named Jenna talk to us about where each equipment is and was extremely nice and welcoming to us. The place was lovely and clean and overall an amazing experience for anyone coming into the gym for a first time. We decided to do a membership there because of how wonderful our experience was. Thank you so much!

This gym is amazing. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. Good service with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at. 

The gym is always clean and tidy. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. I find the machines easy to use and the facilities are fab. Love this gym. Convenient location in the middle of pontypridd town too so easy to get to and find. Just love it!

Staff are Helpful polite make u feel welcome

29/03/24 16:45, with Amy. I did my first ever Bars and bells Session! Haven’t touched a bar without having back pain the next day, the relaxed environment encourages to go at your own rate so I felt safe. Very much enjoyed it, will go again :))

Just want to give a shout out to Amy at Énergie Fitness and thank her for her barbell class on a Friday, the mix of exercises and thought she puts in every week to challenge and to push me is amazing and if your up to it fighting fit after is always a good sweat and a good laugh 😜

Was really please with my visit today, had to go in to cancel my membership due to moving away, Jenna was really helpful and was able to explain how everything works after the final instalment

So well organised going into the gym, Jenna was so helpful with setting me up for a pass!

Joined back this week and Jenna has been so helpful with showing me how to use certain machines and always being so friendly and making me feel welcome on every visit!

Fab gym first time there and very welcoming..thanx to jenna Pledge for the guidance also

No negatives, really relaxed environment, equipment very regularly cleaned.
Loads of different things to work on and great polite staff.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for much more. Very satisfied.
