Neither good nor bad, they just didn’t work on my son

Great product, quick shipping. The glasses with prescription lenses are a game changer for my spouse.

It was a lifechanging event for our friend. He was so excited when he realized he could now differenciate colors he was not able to see clearly before. We don't know if he sees now colors as we do but, certainly these glasses drew a huge smile on his face.

I previously ordered a pair of enchroma glasses in 2017 as a graduation gift, and they where amazing. they fit nice and where comfortable and most importantly worked fantastically. reds that where previously brown where now red, greens that where to white or yellow where now green, and most important, I could see purple. recently i lost my Enchroma glasses only to find out that they changed the lenses, claiming 40% more color. i was skeptical as i had another brand thrusted upon me for a chemistry lab that did nothing but tint everything red but i rolled the dice. i got a pair of the protan glasses. now they still make reds more visible, but it makes things containing red distracting, making things previously fine with my old glasses so distractingly vibrant anything red or orange is practically neon. it also turns things like cement pink, even purples which the old lenses made look amazing are pink now, instead of actually being purple. It also doesn't help with any of my green issues like the old glasses, stoplights still looks like a green so pale its practically white, grass is still as dead looking with them on as without. about the only thing these glasses don't affect negatively is blue. I'm sorry to say i can no longer recommend Enchroma glasses while they no longer offer the old lenses. they still sell universal lenses for indoor glasses so I fail to see how offering the universal lenses for outdoor as well as the specified lenses for protanomaly and deuteranomaly should be an issue. colorblindness is complex as should anything to alleviate it.

My son was born with deuteranopia (color blindness), so we decided to purchase these glasses. They’re absolutely amazing—he can now see so many more colors. They truly work!

The glasses works. They do, but the frame is dollar store quality. Very disappointing. At the price you charge, I was expecting quality frame.

The customer service is EXCELLENT ! The reps are very patient with their explanations and understanding of the situation I described to them.
The only small criticism is that in past years, I was always able to reach a representative by phone and I enjoyed those conversations much more then just through email. I found two phone numbers for Enchroma and I have not been able to reach a representative on either line although I have tried multiple multiple times. Any way you can correct that?

The service and timing were just fine. The glasses really only helped very marginally. If I were concerned about money I'd return them.

Very easy to navigate the testing/ purchasing process. Glasses were somehow less effective than the initial pair I purchased and I’m not sure why.

some colors Popped more but still can't tell what the color is. The glasses turned everything blue

I received the two pairs I ordered. I had an issue. I sent an email to enchroma. They sent an email back saying someone will contact me. That didn’t happen. Three days later I sent another email letting them know no one contacted me yet to discuss my problem. Still waiting….not good, customer service.

I can see colors better more brighter but i still can’t differentiate between a certain colors, like red and orange. The glasses is nice and clear.

The Colorado indoor glasses are amazing. They’ve changed everything in how I look at life totally satisfied.
