No problems, delivered my Garmin nuvi 275t Eur+US almost at promised time (just a day or two delay) and everything went smooth.

Everything went really smooth when buying my Garmin Edge 500.

they have good prices, and my experience is that they do ship using the designated courier - but lacking customer service and difficulties to track orders do affect trust. I will, however, shop again if necessary.

Bought several items from them and have had no problems at all. Surprised by really quick deliveries! HRM for my Garmin 310XT broke after a couple of weeks but no problems with guarantee from Garmin in Sweden.

Do not buy anything from them. Do not expect to receive your goods. Do not expect Emporiolive to answer email. Money are withdrawn as you place an order. After that nothing happens.

Do not trust this company, worst service ever!

Ordered a Garmin Nüvi GPS which was in stock. After 3 weeks and a couple of emails they cancelled the order. On their webiste the product is still available with 2-3 days delivery time.

Money was taken from account immidiately and has not yet been transferred back.

They are absolutely full of shit.

An old used phone was delivered even with the memory card from the previous owner + greasy fingerprints.

Contact was a waste of time. Only lies and denials an free fantasy stories. >:o((

More than 14 days after payment, another telephone than my purchased one arrived. Only after several emails (with untrue answers from EmporioLive). Delivery should have been within a few days.
Since my last warning, their specially selected (undoubtedly self-produced) quite unrealistic statement from february has been moved upwards before my realistic one.
They are cheap, but absolutely unreliable.
A threat to internet trade by making distrust necessary.

Ordered on the weekend, order was sent on monday and delivered on thursday with price being well below competitors. One can not ask for much more.

I bought a Garmin Forerunner 610 and Emporiolive was by far the cheapest place. It arrived 4 days after ordering it and I had no problems during this time.

I was in doubt because I didn't know them. Trustpilot user ratings ensured me that they were trustworthy. I got the best deal and it was delivered within 48 hours by FEDEX.

after ordering a garmin edge 800 from emporio live, initially i was quite surprised with the price as i was lots cheaper than every where else (this will teach me in future not to go with the cheapest place) i placed the order online inc the mandatory 24/48 delivery.
After 2 weeks with no delivery, and after and im not exaggerating - 50 calls with no answer !! and 12 emails with no answer, i finally got a refund with no explanation at all, what kind of firm is this???
i have now just ordered it off wiggle, what a breath of fresh air, ordered, given a tracking number with 3 updates and delivered in 2 days job done. TAKE NOTE OF THIS LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPORIOLIVE !!!!!!! THIS IS WHAT YOU SHOULD BE OFFERING!!!

I ordered 2 weeks ago a Garmin 310XT HRM and paid extra for fast delivery.

No product. No answer either by phone or web form.

I have read that Emporiolive sometimes lack products in stock, but not giving customers this information is really bad.

Now I am waiting to see if the product arrives or if I have been scammed...

I received a smart phone which box had been open (no, not by customs). The warranty seal was broken and no manual or tech spech document and a bad battery was in the box. The phone was there - and a manual can be obtained digitally - however, strange. And no reply from the company...

Bought a Garmin Edge 800. It was delivered within 4 business days to Denmark. I was a little suspicious due to the extremely cheap prices, but everything has been flawless.
