Ordered a dress that was in their summer sale. The cheap crap that arrived is nothing like the picture. For a £200 dress to come screwed up in a plastic bag, shows the quality. It also doesn't have the hanging straps which show that its toot. Wouldn't have even paid a tenner for this dress, if i had seen it on a shop. To say I'm upset and disappointed is an understatement. Avoid these scammers like the plague 🤬

The items advertised do not resemble the cheap products you receive. I am struggling to get reimbursed.

I love my dress! I ordered the mollie dress in summer paint last year for Creamfields and have ordered the Yazmin one for Creamfields this year. I can’t wait to wear it. Amazing quality - love the fact you can design your own clothes. I worked closely with Emma for a few weeks to get the right fabric for my festival set. Nothing was too much for her. She ordered samples and even posted them to me for free for me to see! She replied straight away whenever I had a question and is very helpful. I won’t go anywhere else now and couldnt recommend this business enough! I’ve already put my order in for my Halloween outfit. Can’t wait xox

The bikinis are amazing, I love the one I have and it fits really well and the quality is amazing. If there is something wrong with the bikini, Emma Rose will amend the changes for you. Absolutely love it 😊😊

I’ve ordered from Emma Rose a few times, excellent service on each occasion. Emma is just about the most responsive vendor I’ve ever bought from, stays in touch all the time, and she’s happy to answer the silliest of questions – I can be high maintenance sometimes! I started buying from Emma Rose because the designs are so unusual (and sometimes quirky), and I keep returning because the quality is great.

I have ordered from Emma Rose designs a few times now and have never been let down!

Her custom bikinis are made true to size and she works so hard to ensure you are happy with what you want the bikini to look like. I have also ordered a dress from her website and absolutely loved it! It worked perfectly as both a dress to wear around the pool but also can also be dressed up to wear as an evening outfit on holiday!

I have been really happy with my items and would definitely recommend her to any of my friends!

I ordered a custom made bikini and it came so quickly, Emma was honestly so helpful with all the questions I asked and it arrived and it’s in the best condition. So impressed

They send order confirmation with only one e-mail address in case one has to get in touch with them but then they demand (in the fine prints of their Ts&Cs) to use a DIFFERENT e-mail address for returns and cancellations.

Writing to the e-mail address they provide in the order confirmation produces no effects (i.e. they ignore anything written there); time passes; the orders you wanted to cancel arrives and it is too late to return it.

They falsely represent (here below) that I e-mailed to a "no-reply" e-mail address: that email address is the ONLY one that appears at the bottom of their order confirmation form and in no place it is stated that that is a "no-reply" address (nor do e-mails sento to it result in a failed delivery).

They then go on and on stating that the e-mail address that they place at the bottom of their order confirmation (which logic suggests is the address to communicate with these people, given that it is the only one appearing in the order confirmation) is a dummy one and nobody monitors it. Which begs the question: why on earth would you place that address in the order confirmation, then?! Their very customer-centric answer is that I should have read the Ts/Cs to know what email address to use. Not only that, but the owner -- who seems a character out of a Soviet Union Film -- goes as far as advising me to make sure I read Ts&Cs for any purchase I make for any website I use. My, oh my, this is worse than dealing with government bureaucrats: to make your customer experience pleasurable, we put dummy email addresses that nobody monitors in the order confirmation, and then put the useful ones in our Ts&Cs. Not only that, but they go as far as lecturing customers on how they should make purchases online (so, why take customer feedback to improve business processes, when we can lecture unhappy customers on becoming professional bureaucrats?) What can one say to that. Speechless, really.

My first email to them was sent a few minutes after the order was placed, as I had realised I had made a mistake. I then sent two subsequent e-mails, asking for assistance. Then they wasted tons of time and, now, they go on representing -- falsely -- that I acted 25 days late. The truth is: they slept for 25 days and when they woke up they blamed the customer. They were informed (at the e-mail address they do not monitor, apparently) that I was going off for a long drive trip and hence I wanted to resolve the matter before doing so. They didn't read the multiple emails I sent and now they go on saying that I waited a long time to check: I explained that I was travelling, even in the most recent email exchanges - what is not clear about that?!

Furthermore, rather than taking back an unwanted item (never opened and/or touched and hence as they sent it) and sell it to somebody else, they prefer to annoy customers by insisting on their silly Ts&Cs and refusing to follow logic and reason, so to annoy and frustrate customers. Makes no business sense if you ask me (would a business rather take back a brand new item and stock it until it finds a buyer or annoy a customer beyond reason?), but...

They also go on about the fact the their items are made just-in-time and hence they can't possibly accept returns. But then they have a page called "Ready to ship", where they sell -- you guessed it -- pre-made items...
They then go on stating that (but only when found out), yes, they do have pre-made items but never worn. Well, the item they sent me never came out of the parcel, as explained to them in multiple occasions. So, their reference to worn items is rather baffling.

Icing on the cake: they write down here that I am rude (me, the frustrated customer) and, in parallel, they harass me via email-- in a very aggressive manner, I should add -- because they are unhappy with my review. Sorry people: I have tried to be as reasonable as one can be, wasted tons of time dealing with your ill-designed business processes, explained to you in a very polite manner what had happened. I would have expected something better than "you should have read the Ts&Cs". You chose to take my money and I am fully entitled to express my opinion about you and your business.

The notion that I am/was in breach of libel law is your fantasy, not a reality and although you are free to fantasise on whatever pleases you, you do not have the same freedom in threatening others, based on your fantasies. Good to know that you do not have an issue any longer (for whatever reason) -- Strangely enough I was not informed of the change of heart on the matter, apart from reading it on Trustpilot...***

As stated above: AVOID THESE PEOPLE, there are tons of more honest businesses out there where to make your purchases.
