I’m giving Emergency Food a 5 star rating for the speed of the order to dispatch. However, I have yet to receive my order, possibly down to the selection of currier service, Metapack, and have been unable to track the order on Metapacks website.

Excellent. I live in Denmark. Ordered Thursday and got my supply delivered on Tuesday.

Very easy to order, but would like the delivery next day not up to 14 days later, iv spent over £150 so dont think that is to much to ask now days.

Great friendly guys, delivery was super quick and end product seems to be in great condition (have not opened the tins and looked at the content to completely verify as that would defeat the point of them).

Will purchase more based on this experience.

Ordering was easy and for the product I chose good value. The goods were delivered in the early part of the delivery window given, and the choice of DPD for delivery made it easy to adjust the delivery day to one of my choosing when an urgent appointment came up.
The quality of the meals was a pleasant surprise as this is the first of this kind of "just in case" food I have ordered.
Overall you get what you pay for, and these meals are good quality, well packaged, and clearly labelled.
I would not hesitate to buy from EFS again, and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a long term "just in case" food storage solution.

Service is excellent . They notified me when my shipment was dispatched and what courier it would be. Then the courier ( DPD ) notified me what day it would be delivered. On the day , the courier notified me what time it would be arriving . I will order with these folks again and recommend them to anyone .

Honestly, having so far only consumed one of the 12 different varieties of packaged survival meal they offered, my review is limited. However, I found the one I did eat very tasty. The purchasing and shipping of the box of goods was no problem. The water filter I purchased along with the meals seemed solid, and overall was a good experience.

I plan to sample more of the sample packages and then decided whether to buy in bigger quantities.

The package was delivered quicker than I expected with no damage and the goods appear to be decent (hopefully I'll never need to actually use them)
