Clothes were shipped directly from China.
Loved the dress. The top not so much. Depends on the material so read the description carefully. Some styles run big some run small. But you can figure it out by the garment’s design.
The bathing suit was super cute, fit well and
of good quality, order up.
If your item is the wrong size they will ship you the correct size for the price of shipping $17 within 2 weeks. They let you keep the original size items. Communication is via their email.
Know that everything ships directly from China. Items are not inexpensive for what you get. Really think about the size before you order. I will order from Elsie again.

I placed an order 8/17/23. I did not get an email saying my order had been processed. I know nothing about the company except they took my money and gave me nothing in return. I wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order. I'll know better next time. Thanks everyone!

Poor Quality clothes. Ordered in June. Requested Return Authorization number going on 15 times since then with no response. No phone number to call either. It's now September and I still have the clothes to return.

Receiving the item was very fast. However, just a little unclear how to exchange. Wish I had gotten XL instead of L. Swim suit is very nice and love the leopard print.

The color is shown as Sage but what I received is actually Teal. I reached out to see if I received the wrong color but still have not heard back from anyone.

The quality is good and the suit fits nicely, there is just so way it is Sage.

I absolutely loved the dress but it was too small. They’re out of stock in the bigger size so they promptly refunded the purchase price and they didn’t even want me to return it. I found them to be reputable.

The items I received were very nice. I did not receive my entire order and had to cancel the remaining items The delivery also took several weeks to receive.

I had hoped a bit better as the most disappointing aspect was the lining not a real lining, especially in the bottoms of the aqua suit very very thin and see through.
Overall, pretty comfortable and sizing is accurate.
The green top is shorter than expected.

This company is a total scam! This is NOT an American company and the swim suits are NOT made and shipped from South Carolina!
I ordered and received a very poor quality suit and immediately contacted them for their required return form per their instructions.
The "negotiations" began immediately with them offering a very low ball amount and telling me to keep the suit. Why would I NOT want a full refund and why would I want to keep the ridiculous item they sent me?
Finally received their "final offer" of $20 bucks for the $50 suit! AND they told me if I insisted on returning the suit I was responsible for all shipping costs to DUBAI !!! YES, you got that correct, the suit has to be returned to DUBAI UAE and my "refund" will still only be $20 bucks!
So you tell me, where is the integrity of ELSIU the EVIL in this transaction? Do NOT purchase anything from this company.

Placed an order for $82.00 received items in about 2 weeks. What I received was not like described very cheap..immediately email them fir a return label. They offered me a 25.00 refund I said absolutely not..then offered me a 40.00 refund..again said no 3 days later still waiting for my refund..please do not order from this company

My only wish, is that my items ship sooner. The quality is very nice and happy with my purchases.

Love my purchase, size is good, i reffered to the measurement guidelines. Bathing suits are very comfortable! Bought two. Good top support. Nice skirt type bottom. Delivery in Canada was long, about a month, but overall, very happy!

I received the bathing suit with no contact information or any system to return it .. it doesn’t fit. I emailed them and the emails get bounced back.. does anyone have contact information ?? What a terrible way to do business !!!! Id never buy again from them and I will write on social media how awful they are !

NOT made in USA. Website says made & shipped from South Carolina. I asked 3x if products were made in USA and response was yes. Items are made in Korea!! Shipping says 1-2 weeks; it took over 4 weeks.

Cheap quality. I wanted to return items. Offered me a ridiculous price instead of return. I refused and they came back with a better “offer”. I refused again and the came back again with a better “offer”. I accepted that offer and got a credit of abt 75%.

I don’t understand how they have so many 5 star reviews. I would have given them a zero if it had been possible.

Awful customer service. I am trying to return my items due to poor quality of fabric. They are offering me half of what I paid and to keep the items I do NOT want. Still waiting on a return address so I can get my money back. Buyer beware!
