I am located in Islamabad, Pakistan and own a Chery Tiggo 8 Pro. Here, Pakistan Chery Motors launched Chery under partnership with Ghandhara-Nissan Automobiles who assembled right hand drive cars. In about two years the partnership has dissolved and now we Chery owners cannot get spare parts for our cars any more. Here I have to thank suppliers like Elite Parts who are there to serve us. I am extremely satisfied with the service and quality of parts I am able to get from this store. They have a partnership with Shop&Ship and Aramex to ship the items to me. Items are well packed and can be tracked step by step. I can recommend this supplier to anyone who is in need of Chery or GWM parts. I have given them a 5 star rating.

Stay away
They force you to pay excessive delivery fees to release your order even I after placing an order which is already inclusive delivery charges.
I placed an order for $50 inclusive 10$ delivery fee
After few days third party delivery company reached me and asked for additional $57 delivery fee charges to release my order
Now elite parts is saying these charges are valid, they can not cancel or refund as it’s already in transit

To clarify, all shipping details, including the distinction between domestic and international shipping fees, are clearly outlined on our website. The $6 fee covers domestic delivery within China, while international shipping fees are paid separately to Aramex upon delivery. This information is transparently displayed in multiple sections of our site, and we have reiterated this to you via email. It is your responsibility as a customer to review these details before placing an order.
Additionally, your claim that we "force" you to pay delivery fees to release the shipment is completely incorrect. This is simply how Aramex operates in handling international shipments—they provide an efficient, transparent, and flexible system for completing payments and managing deliveries without complications. If you choose not to follow their process or hierarchy and instead adhere to a "virtual policy" of your own creation, that is entirely your responsibility, not ours.
Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as per our policies. Expecting us to abandon these policies to accommodate your misunderstanding is unreasonable. Your failure to review the shipping information does not constitute any wrongdoing on our part.
