I bought a Hypnos Wool 10 mattress from Andrew and I have loved my bed ever since. It has to be THE most comfortable nights sleep I have had for a very long time!
The service was excellent and not at all pushy, unlike other bed shops. I really do think I will be using this company again in future.

We recently brought a single divan with headboard from the Devizes branch. The staff are so knowledgable, friendly and welcoming. The process was quick and delivered by again helpful staff who set it all up for us! Highly recommend

Fantastic customer service. Went into shop I didn’t really know what I was looking for I just know I needed a new mattress. When I went into shop I felt very comfortable with asking the questions I needed to ask. Sales girl not a pushy sales person she really listened to what I wanted. I think her name was Jemma. We went with a Hypnos mattress and since it was delivered I’ve had the best nights sleep ever.

Lloyd was very helpful and understanding of our requirements. He took the time to understand and gave us great advice and customer satisfaction. The mattress is amazing and we had the best nights sleep for a long time.

Excellent service. Advice was very good with a wide choice. The bed and side tables are such good quality. The bed was assembled for me with very good advice regarding mattresses etc. I would highly recommend Elite Beds. The staff are so helpful.

I just wanted to say what a brilliant service ive had from start to finish with Elite beds, we received great advice when i was confused over what mattress would be best for my son, Lloyd's knowledge was spot on and we have bought 2 mattresses since. Including bedding which has all been amazing quality even after lots of washing. I esp loved it that the delivery was quick, the drivers even brought it upstairs and set it all up plus took the rubbish away for me, i couldnt of asked for more. So happy with everything i wouldnt go anywhere else now!

Used this company recently to purchase replacement bed and mattress. Popped into the Cirencester branch and found a bed and mattress combination that I felt comfortable with. So placed order with the salesman, Lloyd and two weeks later and on schedule my bed was delivered and redundant old bed taken away.
Very satisfied with service and will have no hesitation in using this company again when the need arises.

Unfair and poor customer service.
I bought local to help a local business. Devizes Elite Beds and Mattresses
I purchased a Dormeo mattress which I can only assume is faulty as it so hard it’s not good enough to sleep on.
I have all the original packaging but this company refuse to take the mattress back. I contacted Dormeo who also refuse to take the mattress back.
I am very disappointed and almost £500 out of pocket with no mattress to sleep on and no more spare money to purchase another mattress.
I would think very carefully before using this business as they do not care about their customers.

I was in desperate need of a bed during the third lockdown for my elderly mother who was coming out of hospital and needed a bed downstairs. Who could help, but the guys at the Thatcham Garden Centre. Although the showrooms are not currently open they helped us out with a COVID friendly delivery and quick, excellent service
