The shaker didn't arrive so sent an email asking to send another one to which 3 days later i got a reply asking for a picture of the product the packaging and invoice as if i was lying! Will definitely not use this company again. terrible service

Like many people have mentioned, i ordered an item that wasn't in stock. So i requested a refund through eMail, then they stopped replying. I phoned up the number on their website after that, was told the systems had frozen and they would call me back. Never received that call. They are complete con artists and now i'm £30 out of pocket

Sold Counterfeit Goods
Sold me counterfeit Bowflex dumbbells, and now that the dumbbells are broken (weight fell off and landed on my foot!) will not do anything about it!

Rather than say on the website that they were out of stock they took my payment and then EMailed me to say that they did not have my item in stock. I replied stating that I wanted a refund. They have not responded to my E-Mail and have not given me my money back. Very poor service. Do not buy from EliteSupplements.co.uk

Don't bother
Ordered something that showed it was in stock on the website. Took them a week to send me an email to say it wasn't. Then took them a further week to refund the money. At least I got my money back I guess..
Definitely avoiding these next time.

I found elite supplements staff to be very helpfull as a someone who is new to suppliments. They really helped me out with alot of information on what to take to help acheieve my goals. Unlike other companys i have encountered the staff were very freindly and happy to help. Suprised to have delivery of my products... NEXT DAY!

3. gange lykke, 4. gang ****!!!
Har handlet 4 gange på denne side. De første 3 gange gik det super. 3 uger gik der før min vare kom, men man kan spare penge.
Den seneste vare kom ALDRIG og jeg kan umuligt få svar fra dem. Har skrevet 4 mails og har prøvet at ringe. Intet virker! Så hvis det er til mig så skal man købe sit protein fra gymnordic.dk eller getbig.dk
