We use Elina Pilates equipment in our studio and we are very happy with the quality. The reformers are smooth, stable, and very comfortable for our clients. Their support team works very well — the equipment arrived to our island quite fast, which we really appreciated. One of the push-through bars on a tower arrived slightly damaged, but the replacement was sent immediately without any issues. Overall, a very professional service and reliable equipment.

Hace meses compré máquinas de Elina, para mi nuevo estudio y realmente tienen un gran producto calidad y precio, me han resuelto todas las dudas y gestiones que tenía. Teniendo sede en la misma ciudad sin duda fue mi elección de compra, siempre apoyando a las empresas locales.
Sin duda seguiré contando con ellos para mis futuras compras.

No han querido entrar el pedido en una planta baja porque no pagamos el cánon de un peón. Avisamos que nuestro encargado tiene una discapacidad física y no puede cargar peso y ni tan siquiera quieren entrar el pedido, dejándolo todo en la calle.

The best investment I have done for myself in years. Beautifully designed vertical home pilates reformer now standing in my living room and daily reminding to get on it. 20-50 min per day working out watching a podcast or TV is so much better than scrolling on a sofa😄.

Ich habe 5 Nubium Reformer von Elina gekauft. Optisch wunderschön - die Federn sind allerdings überhaupt nicht toll. Nach wenigen Monaten machen diese Geräusche - was während des Unterrichts sehr unangenehm ist. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir seitens Elina gesagt, das ich sie Ölen soll. Gesagt getan, ich habe mittlerweile 3 Flaschen verbraucht ohne große Besserung. Als ich mich wieder (diesmal mit Nachdruck) an Elina Gewand habe wollte man mir die federn austauschen. Super, freue ich mich. Dann wollte man noch videos haben ( alles verständlich). Nach den geschickten Videos wollte man noch mehr Videos haben. Wieder habe ich mit Nachdruck gesagt, dass ich bereits alles erfüllt habe, was verlangt wurde und wieviele Videos denn noch verlangt werden, wo man doch deutlich sehen und hören kann, was Sache ist. Gut, dann sollte ich die Anzahl der Federn nennen die ich bräuchte,damit man sie für mich bereitstellen kann. Nachdem ich alles genant habe, kam dann die Krönung : ich soll die federn zu elina schicken, man will erstmal testen ob Ölen wirklich nicht hilft und DANN würde ich die federn bekommen.... Ok, wer zahlt mir den Ausfall in der Zeit wo ich die Geräte nicht nutzen kann?! Ich finde es wirklich frech, dass ich so hingehalten werde und man im Endeffekt alles dafür tut, dass man mir keine federn als Austausch geben wird! Icb habe mir mehreren Studios gesprochen, die ebenfalls nubium reformer haben - erstaunlicherweise haben alle das das selbe Problem mit den federn und elina verweist immer nur aufs Ölen. Schade - aber nie wieder!

Nunca he escrito una mala reseña sobre nadie pero lo que me ha pasado aqui creo que debe ser mencionado para que no le pase a nadie más .Yo pienso que cuando una persona apuesta por una empresa y se gasta una buena cantidad de dinero lo primero que tienen que tener es respeto y aquí esa palabra no existe.Hace 10 años se compraron unas máquinas y evidentemente y lógicamente con los años empiezan a desgastarse hasta ahi todo correcto ,lo normal es pedir a esa empresa por la que apostaste que te ayuden a comprar piezas nuevas ,[no que te las regalen comprarlas]
y cual es la sorpresa que ponen en duda que esas sean sus maquinas insinuando incluso que pueden ser falsificaciones ,fue la conversacion más humillante y desagradable que he tenido en mi vida.Como se puede tratar asi a un cliente fue algo surrealista para acabar diciéndote que no tienen piezas de repuesto,sin darte ninguna orientacion o ayuda.Yo después de esto NUNCA voy a comprar nada a esta empresa ni mucho menos la voy a recomendar.

Comprarte una Reformer no es una cosa que hagas todos los días, por eso quise asegurarme en tener todos los detalles para que cuando llegase a casa mi experiencia fuese la más satisfactoria, y así fue. Tuve dudas al comprarme la vertical, porque prefería la que se plegaba por el tema del espacio, pero ahora siento que tomé la decisión correcta gracias a la orientación y atención que tuve por parte del equipo cuando llamé a la centralita. No solo fueron amables sino también muy humanos a la hora de explicarte todo. Desde el envío, stock, diferencia entre colores y pros y contras de cada máquina. Al final me hice con la Reformer Vertical en color moca y es preciosa. Se plega en alto y las ruedas y todo en general tiene mucha calidad, elegancia y buen diseño que también es algo que valoro. La madera es muy bonita y los acabados se nota que están bien trabajados. Una siempre teme a comprar por internet, pero en este caso mi compra superó mis expectativas. Debo decir también que aunque advierten sobre el peso y longitud de la caja, hasta que no lo ves no eres consciente. En cualquier caso, es un reto menor. En cuanto la ves montada sientes que ha valido la pena y que ha sido la mejor inversión de salud en casa para ti y los tuyos. Si algún día necesitase algún producto más, sin duda alguna volveré a Elina Pilates.

We have Elina equipment in our clinic for the past 6 years, we love the reformers and chairs, they are easy to use, very durable throughout the years.

We are happy to recommend them to our physiotherapists starting their journey in the clinical pilates setting, and these are the reformers we recommend during their pilates training in our school.

My first experience with this company was back in 2022, I ordered their at home reformer/tower combo from a third party retailer and it was a beautiful and well made apparatus. I had no hesitation ordering my lignum reformers from them when I opened my studio, but unfortunately these machines were not nearly the same quality. Overall flimsy construction, and problems such as noisy springs and ropes constantly getting caught on the tracks. Eventually, multiple of the tabs on the Footbar adjusters were bent, and I reached out to order replacements. After lots of back and forth, I was able to place my order and I wired the funds. This was over the course of May-July. When I received my package, I discovered they had sent me the wrong part. When I emailed them (it took multiple emails over several weeks before they responded) they told me that the part was correct. After more back and forth, they finally conceded that they send the wrong parts and would be shipping the correct ones. I reached out again in August for an update, and they only said that they were having a delay. I have reached out multiple times since then and not received a response. Their customer service phone number rings and disconnects. I paid in full for these parts months ago, and since I wired the funds I can’t even dispute the charge. I am out hundreds of dollars and stuck with broken equipment. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never trust this company again.

Desde el primer momento tuve claro que quería contar con Elina Pilates para equipar el estudio. Había trabajado previamente con sus máquinas y conocía de primera mano su excelente calidad, ergonomía y fiabilidad. En cuanto al equipo, siempre dispuesto a atender y resolver cualquier necesidad con rapidez y profesionalidad. Estoy muy satisfecha con la elección.

The ordering, payment, customer support and transportation of machines was so easy. The machines are top quality. The support team are very prompt with queries/questions. I would recommend Elina Pilates 100%

Incredible beds & good value for money! So pleased that we are the first in London to have their Master Instructor reformer beds. Very wide compared to the other reformer bed brands. Quality is top notch. All of our instructors & clients love the quality & aesthetics of our beds. Only thing I’d love to have improved is the sliding of the foot bar - it’s not as easy where everyone can easily get it. It takes a couple of practices to get it. Other than that, I would happily have these beds again on our next branch!

El servicio de atención telefónica ha resultado deficiente y carente de profesionalidad, sin hacerse cargo del error. El producto recibido no coincide con el color mostrado en la web (verde y hielo solicitado, gris claro entregado). Experiencia decepcionante.”

Estoy encantada con la experiencia en Elina Pilates. El trato recibido ha sido totalmente personalizado y muy profesional, con un asesoramiento cercano y de calidad en todo momento. La atención de Ángeles Cancio (Responsable de Administración) ha sido exquisita: siempre pendiente, resolutiva y con una dedicación que marca la diferencia.

La calidad de los materiales y de los aparatos es excelente, con una resistencia y fiabilidad que transmiten total confianza. Además, cuentan con una gran variedad de colores actuales y elegantes que hacen que cada detalle sume.

The springs are high quality and have great resistance in them. They are a great piece of reformer equipment and I would highly recommend them for studio owners. Ich habe 6 Reformer Nubium in meinen Studio und finde das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut. Die Anlieferung hat super geklappt und der Aufbau ist sehr einfach. Mit der Qualität bin ich bisher sehr zufrieden.
