Excellent service and staff are brilliant
Excellent service . Matt from online sales was brilliant he called me to advise they didn't have enough stock to fill my order but gave me the option to send what they had and then send the rest out when in stock. Matt is very friendly and great to deal with and a valuable asset to electromist. He cares about his job and cares about the customer .highly reccomened using this company I sure will again and again .

I am sorry that you do not seem pleased with your order. Online sales staff only work Monday to Friday. And stores usually have only one delivery a week and Redditch receives theirs Friday. I would like to speak with you about your review as I did email you stating that your order would arrive on Friday. Would this be possible?

I can’t recommend this company enough for their products or their customer service. I had not ticked the deliver to my home address button and when I e-mailed them they were able to give me a number of options and then were extremely understanding and helped me by then sending a quick PayPal request for postage and they were here quicker than they had estimated. It’s rare to find such professional customer service that is also quick at responding and also able to accommodate and rectify the issue in the way they did. Thank you.

Website was really easy to use and the liquids I ordered came when they should. The only criticism is that there should be an option to select a strength and then the appropriate amount of nicotine is sent with the liquid like many other websites.

All juices over 10ml contain no nicotine as per standard. 10ml nic shots are available for purchase for only £1.50.
