I would most certainly buy from this company again. Having bought a Baumatic Dishwasher at over £130 cheaper than M&S and even more expensive in some other high street shops! I did'nt have to wait in from dawn to dusk for it to be delivered either. I was kept informed of my delivery slot after purchase. They arrived 10 mins earlier than said slot. Where happy to remove packaging to check item and offered to dispose of packaging. Very happy with firm and service maybe a few other companies should take a leaf out of thier book

Excellent service, gave an hour and half delivery slot, were here within 25 minutes and called to advise they were almost here. Fantastic company!

Placed phone order for Bosch dishwasher on Wednesday morning and it was delivered foc on Saturday morning within the 2 hr time slot advised on Friday evening. Could have had it earlier if wanted. Pleasant, efficient salesperson processed order. Delivery man equally pleasant and keen to help. This company understands 'service' and I would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

Bosch diswasher ordered on the Tuesday evening and delivered at 8.30am on the Thursday.
They sent both text and email messages with a 2 hour delivery slot and this was adheared to.
I would 100% recommend this company.

Was looking for a Bosch dishwasher. They were the cheapest, offered the fastest delivery on a day of my choosing (no extra cost), and kept me so well informed. Got emails and text messages to inform my of my delivery time slot (1.5 hour slot, delivery was made promptly in that time). Arranged for them to take the old dishwasher away, which was done swiftly, with no complaint from the delivery guys.
Overvall very impressed.

We bought the Bosch WVH28420GB washer dryer, because it was rated by WHICH and we were under the impression it was manufactured in Germany, well its not, it is built in CHINA so dissapointing start but time will tell.
we fitted the washer and turned it on, the waher immediately fillled with water.......... a quick call to electrical 123 and another machine was arranged for delivery 4 days later, arrived and fitted and all works well.
Start to finnish the whole experience was very good however after the purchase we didnt receive any other contact from them, obviosly an oversite as we were kept well informed when dealing with them for a replacement washer/dryer

Prompt delivery of a microwave was hampered when it 'blew' on first use. The fan seemed to fail and the unit failed completly. Using email to report the issue I was pleased that a new unit would be sent out without question. I replied with date etc. After 4 days with no reply from 123 forthcoming I tried phoning 0845 33 77 000. After 3 attempts [3, 6 and 3 mins duration] and no response I rang a number from 'Say No to 0870' - The MD's office and left a message stating my lack of confidence in the phone No. and my details. Later that day I received a call from Customer Services to organise a replacement. They said this had nothing to do with my call to the MD's office. The replacement was delivered on time and thankfully the microwave was fine.

i cannot praise this company enough, first time i have used them and cannot belive it, rang when they said they would, everytime, deliverd bang on time. within a week off ordering i had them. and saved at least £200. shame some of the big high street names arnt this good.. thanks 123,,, il be sure to tell everyone what a fantastic service you have deliverd. WILL USE THIS COMPANY EVERYTIME FROM NOW ON.

online research revealed BOSCH tumble dryer excellent and available cheapest from electrical 123-because the reviews for this company were so good -we went ahead and bought it. WE HAD AN AMAZING SERVICE-FROM START TO FINISH -email paperwork,advanced warning of delivery 2 hour slot [it actually arrived in the middle of the slot]-v'friendly delivery men-worked with speed to set up and took all packaging with them! I CANNOT THINK HOW THE TRANSACTION COULD HAVE BEEN IMPROVED

Excellent service. I ordered a Hotpoint Fridge and two days later it was delivered. They kept me up to date with text messages of when the item will be delivered and the time slot of between 7am to 8am was on point as the friendly delivery driver arrived at 7.05. Will definitely use the company again and will recommend to friends.

I ordered a Bosch Fridge Freezer online at Electrical 123 as it was the cheapest price I could find and had good reviews. I had the option for the item to be delivered the next day but in the end I chose a Saturday delivery slot. I received a text message the night before with a slot of 8.29 to 10.29. It arrived ontime at 8.30 which was great. The delivery men were very helpful and took away my old appliance as arranged.

I would definately recommend this company. It was good to find a company that delivered on time as promised. With a lot of companies, you end up taking days off work for a product that never arrives. Electrical123 are reliable and I would use them again.

Dishwasher ordered am Thursday, promised next day delivery between 9.54 and 11.54am. Arrived 10.12am, packing and product in perfect condition. Delivery men very obliging.

Following a web search I found the TV I wanted £50 cheaper here than anywhere else - amazing price at £248!

Ordered online on Tuesday - easy to use site. Emailed to say it would be arriving on Friday. On thursday evening another email gave me a 2 hour delivery slot. TV arrived 20mins into the slot. Delivery men were polite and friendly. Tv is excellent.

First, they had one of the very lowest prices for the washing machine I had decided on. That the company was owned by the Co-op gave additional reassurance and, funnily enough, they were also cheaper than on the Co-op's own site!

Ordering on-line was a cinch, and I could choose my own delivery date from a given selection - I chose the earliest date which was only 3 days away. The evening before the expected delivery date, I received a text message with their anticipated 2-hour delivery time slot - very useful feature.

First thing next morning, I received a telephone call to say that the delivery had to be cancelled due to the bad weather - this was perfectly understandable. A further date was arranged a couple of days hence. Again a text was received the evening before with the likely delivery time and, on the day, this proved to be accurate!

Two young lads carried the washing machine into my kitchen and were thoroughly pleasant and efficient - the icing on the cake of superb service.

Absolutely 100% in every respect - they'll be my first port of call in the future.

I ordered a deep fat fryer which they promised would be with me within 48 hours. Then I received a phone call saying the courier had called all delivery vehicles back to base because of poor weather. Despite showering 123 with emails none were answered and their customer helpline was forever busy. Two weeks on and the fryer has yet to appear, an email is yet to be answered or the phone to be answered. I will never use this company again

Item very competitively priced with free delivery. Online ordering works perfectly. Very quickly provided with a tracking number for the parcel which was delivered soon after order placed. Brilliant service.
(Incidentally, the radio is excellent too!)

I ordered a LG 32LD690 LCD TV on Sunday evening 14 Nov and it arrived Tuesday morning 16 Nov - Excellent.
The price was £60 less than Amazon.
The customer service reps were very helpful.
I would certainly recommend them.
