Har meget dårlig erfaring.
Min svigerinde har mistet min hund, ved brug af Zenrelia fra Elanco. Fik pillerne til min hund, af dyrelægen. Hendes hund blev dårligere og dårligere, var hos dyrelægen flere gange i løbet af ugen, 4 dagen fik han kramper og måtte til dyrelægen igen. Han stod ikke tid at redde og vi måtte aflive ham. Han var en meget frisk og glad 3 år gammel hund. Det er et kæmpe tab og udgift. Der står intet om denne bivirkning på indlægs seddel i pakningen. At det kan give kramper. Dyrelægen undersøgte efterfølgende at, der på den amerikanske hjemmeside står, at der kan være bivirkninger med kramper (epileptisk anfald) hvis jeg havde fået af vide der var denne mulige bivirkninger, havde hun ikke valgt dette præparat og havde haft en levende hund i dag. Jeg synes faktisk talt at hun er berettiget til kompensation for tabet af hendes hund, samt dækning af alle udgifterne for dyrelægen og aflivningen 💔

Ho acquistato due collari Seresto, presso una farmacia di mia fiducia, a Modena, per protezione da parassiti. Ho però trovato svariate zecche, attaccate e gonfie, su entrambi i cani che vivono sempre nello stesso posto, curato e pulito. Ho segnalato la situazione a Elanco che mi ha chiesto moltissime info per iscritto e foto. L'ho fatto chiedendo la verifica del lotto dei due collari con sostituzione dei medesimi visto che erano anni che utilizzavo lo stesso prodotto, sempre con soddisfazione. Sono stato respinto con motivazioni risibili.

Submitted 3 times all rejected for different «  excuses ». Can’t see receipt, receipt is not in your name, can’t see receipt after I added in my wife’s name.
Don’t waste your time it’s a poorly run program looking for small «  excuses » to make you give up after spending 100’s and trying to get 10 back ..

Elanco is the sole licensee for novel canine chemo drug Tanovea, the only FDA approved chemo drug for canine lymphoma. It is expensive to manufacture and this company refuses to license it to any other company to manufacture and instead spends all of its time and money manufacturing cheap flea and tick treatments such seresto, among many others, because the profit margin is much higher. In the meantime, dogs are dying every day because of the lack of Tanovea to treat B Cell lymphoma in dogs, and this company not only refuses to manufacture it, but refuses to sell the rights to any other company that would be willing to manufacture it. It is a disgrace. My dog died waiting for the drug to become available again. When it was still available, it was the only thing that worked, and it was miraculous because it is a targeted chemotherapy treatment that does not affect the body’s healthy cells. This company should be ashamed to say that they stand for what is best for pets when in fact, all they stand for is making a profit for themselves.

I am deeply disappointed by the way this matter has been handled from start to finish.

My 13-year-old Labradoodle, Bonnie, was prescribed Zenrelia after we were reassured there was no real cause for concern in switching her medication and no side effects the vet was aware of. Bonnie had longstanding allergy issues, but aside from that she was stable before starting the drug.

After only three tablets over three days, she became lethargic and seriously unwell. She then began vomiting blood and passing blood in her stools, and had to receive urgent veterinary treatment including IV fluids, sedation, blood tests and an ultrasound. It was an extremely distressing experience.

What has made this even worse is the response afterwards. Despite the clear timing of Bonnie’s deterioration immediately after starting the medication, I was left feeling that the seriousness of what happened was minimised. The explanation ultimately given was that gastrointestinal signs are recognised potential adverse reactions, yet no financial contribution was offered towards the emergency treatment that followed.

As a pet owner, you put trust in professional advice and expect proper warning of risks, especially when changing medication in an older dog. In my experience, that trust was not matched by the level of accountability, transparency or support shown when things went wrong.

I would have expected compassion, honesty and a more responsible response than this.

I am paying over $100 a month for Zenrelia for my dog. I called Elanco for some assistance as I am 72 & retired. The companies mission statement says they are all about the pets, but when it comes to a discount(not the $7 crap) but a real discount, it's all about the money they can make. I wouldn't trust this company with an earth worm!

He comprado dos collarse Seresto. El perro lleva dos semanas con el collar puesto y ya ha pillado 4 garrapatas. He contactado con el servicio al cliente hace 9 días, me han dicho que se lo pasaban al departamento responsable que al día de hoy no me ha aun contestado.

Ho contattato Elanco Italia S.p.A​.​ per avere informazioni sull'applicazione di un noto antiparassitario. Non trovando alcuna risposta univocae soddisfacente sul web.. (!) ho provato a chiedere direttamente alla fonte. Dopo qualche giorno ho ricevuto una risposta da una dottoressa dell'Elanco, molto gentile e competente.
