I didn't receive the product advertised but an inferior product. They offered me a small refund saying that I had the right order, even with photo evidence to the contrary.
I was almost accused of lying as they insisted I had the correct product.
I asked for a full refund as I lost complete faith that any of the product was what I'd ordered and they then told me to send it back to China but I'd have to pay postage (which would probably be more than the product was worth).
I'm disgusted with their attitude and the extremely poor customer service.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM..

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. They dupe you into believing they are a British based company operating under the guise of REDWOOD CO. LTD. They are not. They are based in China. I purchased 3 x 4G LTE Advanced Mobile WiFi devices. They don’t work!!! They will only refund if I return them to China at my cost. Have referred the case to PayPal in the hope they see through their SCAM

I'm giving the delivery service a 5, but the product is less than 1.
I've unpacked it, plugged it in to charge up and I can't see any charging lights at all and also, it won't turn on.
So this wifi gadget is rubbish.
How can I get my money back????

I bought this item in good faith delivery took longer than normal and I was extremely disappointed as I purchased the organic caster oil roll on with rose quartz top which to my dismay wasn’t rose quarts was plastic and she I asked to return for a refund it was very frustrating still waiting on reply from customer service so very poor quality

The company sold me a misadvertised item which is no use to me andthe info they i am unable to find. This is misselling

the thing will not even power up , i can see nowhere to even put a sim card , it is a total and utter waste of money

Upon receipt of my mobile wi fi ,I opened the package plugged it in to charge up, I left it for an hour and switched on but nothing happened.I mailed the company to inform them that it wouldn't boot up.They responded in quick time for package info which was thrown in the trash to nable them to check etc for me to then return the item for a replacement. However upon close inspection I noticed the battery connections were covered in a tiny strip of plastic and once this was removed it powered up no problem.

The item was not as described on the advertisement on Instagram which where followed the link to buy it.
Had I known what I know now, I would never have bought it.
The Instagram advert is highly misleading.
"Customer services" are very unhelpful.
I would advise avoiding this company at all costs!

Great product but was unaware that l'll need to have a sim card with data on it to use the product.

The experience was fantastic. I hadn’t understood where the drop off was. But it was exactly where I was told. My fault.

Unfortunately, I can’t score them 0 out a negative number.
They lie on their adverts, they send a faulty item, and offer a small percentage of the cost.
Con merchants. Don’t buy from them.

I should have learnt by now! When they first tried to take more money from my card I immediately thought this is a scam. I contacted them same day as ordering to cancel and was told it was too late to cancel as item had been shipped already! That’s the only truth they’ve said as I received item today, 6 days later. Of course it doesn’t work!
I have emailed their support team and requested a refund and a returns address. I doubt I will get either so then it’ll be down to my cc company to recover my money. If it seems too good to be true then it usually is.

Doesn't even light when plugged in to charge. On charge 24 hours. Try to contact company by touching link.on email. Its an unsafe link. Microsoft has it blocked. Try to search English shipping po box address, no contact. No trace. Lots of different bad comments

Absolutely dreadful! I stupidly bought something from them without checking here! Although they’re not on here!Needless to say the item is next to useless,after contacting them they want me to make a film about what’s wrong , I refused and advised them to relocate so beware!
