**Not Even Worth One Star — Terrible Quality and Customer Service**

Honestly, even one star feels too generous. The materials feel extremely cheap, and the clothes look very different from the photos on the website.

When I requested a return and provided photos showing the problems, the company simply told me that they did not consider the poor materials to be a quality issue. They then said that I would have to pay the international return shipping costs to China, as well as any applicable customs fees.

Who is this company selling its clothes for, if not its customers? When a customer reports serious dissatisfaction with the quality, how can the company simply dismiss the complaint and decide that there is no problem?

The customer service was absolutely unacceptable. I will never shop from this website again, and I strongly recommend that others think carefully before ordering.

솔직히 별 한 개조차도 너무 후한 평가라고 생각합니다. 옷의 소재는 너무나 저렴하고 싸구려처럼 느껴졌으며, 실제로 받은 제품은 웹사이트에 게시된 사진과도 많이 달랐습니다.

제품의 문제점을 보여주는 사진까지 첨부하여 반품을 요청했지만, 업체에서는 소재의 품질이 좋지 않은 것을 품질 문제로 인정할 수 없다고 일방적으로 답변했습니다. 그러면서 중국까지 보내는 국제 반품 배송비와 발생할 수 있는 관세까지 모두 제가 부담해야 한다고 했습니다.

이 업체는 소비자가 아니라면 도대체 누구를 위해 옷을 판매하는 것인가요? 소비자가 제품의 품질에 대해 심각한 불만을 제기했는데도, 업체가 어떻게 아무런 문제가 없다고 일방적으로 판단하고 불만을 무시할 수 있는지 이해하기 어렵습니다.

고객 서비스는 정말 최악이었습니다. 저는 이 사이트를 다시는 이용하지 않을 것이며, 다른 분들도 주문하기 전에 신중하게 생각하시기를 강력히 권합니다.

Like many Asian clothing companies that advertise online, Eggka proposes clothing with a unique design. But, they are actually made small, taking a size up is necessary.
The return process is quite problematic. It starts with back and forth emails where you have to send pictures of the clothes with their tags. Then, you have to take care of the return fees, the package has to go back to China. A small package containing 2 items was 60$ shipping fees, more than the price of the actual clothes inside, so I didn’t send it back.

I bought the "Plush Faux Fur Jacket," and it was absolute garbage. The material is stiff, cheap, and looks nothing like the pictures.
But the customer service is even worse. I asked for a return, gave them my order number, and they made me jump through hoops taking pictures of the jacket and the tags. AFTER I sent everything they asked for, they suddenly flipped their story and said, "Oh, sale items can't be returned."
Are you kidding me? There was ZERO mention of sale items being non-returnable anywhere on the product page. Why waste my time making me take photos if you knew you were just going to reject the return anyway?
Total bait-and-switch. Shady business practices and awful quality. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

Honestly, this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. They mis-marked the sizes of two items, and didn't even have the correct measurements of the items on their website. I sent them screenshots showing that the measurements were missing. They refused to issue me a return label and they refused to allow me to return one of them since it was 10% off. The other one was basically the cost of a return label. Such a scam. Don't buy from EGGKA

This company is terrible when it comes to returns, especially if you have a sizing issue. I previously ordered an extra-small coat, but they sent me an oversized one. Since it didn't fit, I had no choice but to return it.
I kept contacting customer service, but all I received were the same automated responses over and over before they finally sent me the return instructions. They require you to return the item within 7 days, but instead of providing a U.S. return address, they gave me a return address in China. Ironically, the package was shipped to me from a warehouse in the USA.
The coat cost me $113, but the return shipping to China costs even more than the item itself. They don't provide a prepaid return label or cover any of the return shipping costs. It's completely unreasonable and makes returning an item nearly impossible.
I feel like I was scammed. I would not recommend buying from this company unless you're absolutely certain the item will fit, because if you need to return it, you'll likely end up losing your money.
