EFS customs

Big thanks to Steph Russell at EFS for helping me with customers clearance for our goods.

I have used other customs clearance companies previously with mixed results but Steph kept us well informed through the whole process.

Exceptional customer service

Had a delivery today. Managed to miss it because of the school run but the lady in the office (sorry I didn't get a name) and Lee Wold the driver managed to sort it that Lee could manage to come back without impacting on his other deliveries. Exceptional customer service and given that this was a Friday afternoon Lee still delivered this Excellent service with a smile. Keep hold of this one EFS. You've got yourselves a gem there! Huge thanks to the lady on the phone too

My delivery came from EFS Burnley today and was dropped off by Adam Drake! Couldn’t have asked for a better driver! Great to have a laugh with and always goes the extra mile to help us out! A credit to the company!

The Original Factory Shop Driver Pete

Our regular driver Peter Healey from EFS Burnley is a very trustworthy, honest, reliable person. He is always on time with our delivery and will offer help and assistance with the pallets/ cages into our warehouse or store. Very pleasant and courteous always. No complaints 100% satisfied with his delivery service.
