I found the company by very good luck, and sent an enquiry email. A member of staff ‘Angie’ contacted me, gave a very reasonable quotation and I sent my covers. We were astonished that the cushions were returned in THREE DAYS, and they looked perfect: plump, not a wrinkle in sight, immaculate! This company truly delivers a great quality service, thank you so much.

The online ordering process was very clear and easy. I had the measurements of the foam piece that I needed but that was all. I was guided through the selection of the type of foam, the shape and the available coverings. The foam was delivered within 24 hours in perfect condition. I now have a comfortable sofa bed which otherwise would have been discarded. I highly recommend this company.

Efoam don’t answer letters or emails. Bought 2 foam sofa cushion inserts on 10th January, when I got them home there was an overwhelming obnoxious smell that it made me feel sick, clung to my clothes and filled room. I returned the inserts with the 2 days quoted in Efoam’s t’s and c’s and was told that there was no smell coming from the inserts and because they were bespoke I had no consumer rights what so ever and therefore was not entitled to a refund. I wrote to Efoam on 31/01/2023 and emailed them twice asking for a refund quoting Consumer Rights Act 2015 and no response. It is now 29th March and not a word from Efoam. Such a total lack of customer service and lies is disgusting, they shouldn’t be allowed to trade.

Ordered a sheet of 13mm upholstery foam. It arrived quickly but was a big disappointment as the depth varied from 13mm to 20mm. Contacted efoam who asked for images - which I sent. Efoam asked me to repackage foam ready for collection. I am now told that they won't refund my money until they get the package back and, what's worse, they won't send me a replacement as they cannot guarantee the accuracy of what is ordered. In summary I don't have the foam I want for an urgent job, and will now have to spend more money getting a replacement whilst efoam hang on to my money. I regret using efoam an suggest others treat them with caution. Very disappointing indeed

Really first class, friendly, personal customer service from an actual person, very quick delivery, excellent product, half the price of other quotes. couldn't be better.

I sent my 2 sofa seat covers and an armchair seat cover to efoam to fill .as my seat cushions were saggy and difficult to get up from . it was a bit of a gamble because to be honest I didnt really know what I was going to get back . Once the covers were received Angie from Efoam called me to advise me what was the best filling . I didnt know and just agreed!! . The turn around time was great, they came back within 4 working days and have made the BIGGEST differnce as now we are happy to sit on our sofa again as its super comfy , firm but not too firm , just what we should have expected in the first place from a very expensive furniture shop that filled the cushions with feathers and charged a fortune! Very inpractable ! We are delighted with our new seating and cant thank e foam enough . Super happy to give them a 10/10 service star!!

I bought couple of custom shaped foams and received them very quickly. The whole online order process was so straight forward and I received exactly what I wanted.
Perfect fit, excellent quality.
Debbie in particular represents amongst the highest level of customer service I have ever experienced. She was very polite and professional, patiently dealing with all of my queries and resolving them in no time.

I had a fantastic experience with Debbie and the team at eFoam. I ordered a foam that needed adjustment. Knowing that we had driven 100 miles Debbie and her colleague very kindly made the necessary adjustments whilst we waited. They also gave me foam samples to test for future projects. They could have not been more helpful. The team at eFoam really went out their way to help and I am very grateful. I recommend them.

We ordered from the very clear instructions about measuring and choices for types/quality of foam supplied. Today we received our order..excellent service all round. Would recommend this company no hesitation.

I needed 2 foam cushions to increase the height and firmness of 2 chairs I will use after my hip replacement.The website was easy to use and contained useful and clear information on the various foams available.My choice would not be available and Debbie from efoam contacted me to advise a very suitable alternative. Price and delivery are first class. A very satisfied first time purchaser.

I’m thrilled with the foam sofa cushion I ordered. It has transformed our Loaf sofa, which is only 18 months old, but looks battered and worn because the feathers sag as soon as you sit on it and is also really uncomfortable. See comparison pic now we have our foam seat pad in.

The website is super easy to use and I was able to do all the measurements myself. Delivery is also really fast!

This was the first time I had ordered from eFoam and I am impressed. The website was user friendly and ordering was straightforward. It was helpful to be able to order made-to-measure foam cushions and I was amazed to receive them two days after placing the order. The product is exactly what I was looking for and seems to be good quality (I say "seems" because I have only been using the cushions for a couple of days, but I have no reason to think that the quality isn't good).
I would also add that when I phoned to ask about delivery I wasn't left hanging on the phone and the member of staff I spoke to was really helpful.

Efoam saved us we recently bought a sofa from a Facebook site. After it arrived we realised one of the cushions was damp and started to smell we dried to contact the seller but with no response bear in mind it was meant to be a new sofa. We couldn't afford a new sofa so we decided to replace the cushion that's when we found efoam the website was easy to use the delivery was super fast and the quality was amazing so we decided to replace all the cushions and so happy they saved our sofa. Thank you would recommend 100 percent.

I ordered a piece of foam, cut to a particular size and thickness to be used as a cushion.
I received two pieces of foam stuck together. The joint was already showing signs of parting on delivery.
The adhesive joint created an uncomfortable ridge and visible crease in the cushion cover. The two pieces were of unequal length!
When I complained I just got excuses re; foam shortages.
Any reasonable company would have offered a refund or replacement. Not this lot.
I just got hung up on.
Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I recently purchased a product which was a bespoke size foam mattress from this company around the beginning of August this year with very specific measurements and when i received the shipment the mattress was not the size that i ordered to be precise it was 7 cm too short and it was purchased so as to be used in a camper van conversion that I am doing, so the exact size is rather important. When I contacted the company about it they asked me to send a photo with a tape measure next to it to show the actual length and so I did, there was some correspondence and then i waited a week or so for them to get back to me and do the right thing, eventually I got back in contact again and they said i had waited too long and implied that because of that they were not obliged to replace the mattress and they even had the cheek to say that I had lied about the amount of time it took me to open the package using some lame story that because it was shrink wrapped it had caused the mattress to not be the length I had ordered originally, Terrible terrible customer service I would go to their competitors if were you.
