I inadvertently chose the wrong finish…

I inadvertently chose the wrong finish for my shower. I immediately ordered the replacement and it arrived very quickly and was very well packed. Customer service responded quickly and it is already on it's way back so I can get my refund.

Shipped fast

Although I purchased them from efaucet, they shipped from another Company.
They were shipped quick and arrived in good condition.

They answer their phone

They answer their phone! I got to speak with a live person who was attentive and helpful. I have been to other websites to order product and called their help line to only be put on hold and then hung up on. With eFaucets, there was no wait at all, just a bit of time to connect to the right department through the use of the telephone keypad, the standard way telephones are answered these days. I am grateful to the lady who helped with our request. Thank you.

Laura Is AWESOME

Laura was so helpful. I couldn’t tell from the online photo whether the finish of a soap dispenser would match the finish of the kitchen faucet. She was able to help me make the right decision. Very happy the one I wanted matched the best, as she said it would.

You need to revise your survey software

I think your website is easy to navigate your product selection is excellent and your prices are great. If I have any negative feedback when I purchase anything online I can’t review my experience because you require the name of the person who helped me. Since I didn’t speak to anyone I am prohibited from completing the survey. Not a good design.

My plumber actually spoke to the customer service rep, but he indicated she was very personable, knowledgeable, and offered solutions to our situation.

1) Customer service

1) Customer service, when I called, was excellent and the lady who assisted me, was very fluent in the product and helpful.

2) Shipment, as promised, arrived the following day. Perfect.

3) Bug: They shipped one extra sink and I, mistakingly, ordered 2 of what I needed, rather than 1.

4) Working out resolution now, but I am impressed by the way they do business.
