I had an issue with the rear brake pads…
I had an issue with the rear brake pads I originally ordered because they didn't fit my Mercedes. I contacted the seller, provided my VIN, and they immediately sent the correct replacement. Their response was quick, shipping was fast, and the replacement fit perfectly. Great customer service and a quality product. Highly recommended!

Terrible Customer Service
Customer service is poor and if you make any kind of mistake with your order, they go out of their way to make it difficult to return the item. There are many other sites that are much more helpful and provide great customer service.
