I was cautious about buying ski servicing equipment because, as a novice, I had no idea what I needed to do or what I needed to buy. E&W's starter kit answered the second question - with a great value package - and the first question was dealt with by the excellent training videos on the website. They told me quickly, clearly how to service my skis. Realising that YouTube may well hold other nuggets of guidance I have searched around and found nothing as good as E&W's guidance. I've watched them a few times and have now confidently and effectively serviced my skis. Now I just need to get out on the snow!

Website is very informative and offers a great range of products. Very easy to select and order. Delivery is very fast, even at the no cost option.

Ordered online and got item within 2 days - size wrong so I returned and had replacement in another 2 days! All the way through there was great communication between shop and carrier and myself by email - I asked for item to be left in shed if no-one home - I got detailed timings to within and hour - and I got a photo of it within minutes! Classy and first rate.

The ordering process was great, but I still havent had the skis or any indication of when they will come.

Initially I struggled to choose from the amazing range of Skis, so I gave Edge & Wax a call.. The knowledge and service over the phone was perfect and they quickly answered all my questions and helped me choose my items. The transaction email after purchase asked me details about my size and weight and they fixed my bindings onto my skis for free! My skis were at my door within a couple of days, fully fitted, waxed and ready to go! This company should pride themselves on their service as it as good as anything I have ever seen before. The Customer Reward scheme is also a touch of class and I went back and bought some new gloves socks and poles because of my great experience. Well done guys. I have recommended you guys to all my ski and board friends.

Shoes arrived very quickly; great quality. Had a bit of a problem getting the website to accept the discount code and emailed to say so - but by almost immediate return received an email indicating the discount would be credited back to my account. Professionally done.

They sent the order to my billing address instead of my delivery address. I called to get it sorted expecting them to ask for it to be sent back, and once received send out the new one. After apologising they immediately organised for it to be collected by courier and delivered to the correct address. It was nice talking to someone rather than dealing with a returns policy. No fuss and I got my item quicker than most companies could send it first time.

I recently purchased a pair of ski boots from Edge & Wax and couldn't be happier with the product or service I received. Dan fitted my boots expertly and patiently - he adjusted one insole at least twice before I was happy with the fit. I would definitely recommend Edge & Wax to anyone looking for snow sports equipment.

I ordered two pairs of boot warmers, although not for ski boots but for my motorcycle boots! The parcel arrived with Royal Mail within a few days, it was very well packaged and I could collect it from my local Post Office parcel office. Very impressed with Edge and Wax, they had the goods in stock and were dispatched the next day, I would certainly use them again.
