Excellent product, excellent price, speedy delivery. Impressed.

They could not fulfil my order, out of stock apparently which I was disappointed about and wish I'd known sooner, but excellent customer service still and the price and service (especially to skis) is outstanding.
I would hopefully buy from you again without doubt.

Great website. I have a few observations about my dealings with E&W.

I ordered a white helmet and got a call a few days later that there were no white helmets, only black. No big deal and the person I spoke to was apologetic about the website being out of kilter with the stock position. After a week I still had not received it so I called and it turns out the order had not been progressed. Again the person I spoke to was very apologetic and helpful and the helmet arrived a day or two later. The helmet is fine.

Some further feedback as I'm online - I was looking for a complete ski touring set (skis, bindings, boots, skins) and had a couple of hesitant exchanges/ conversations over gear and what would be most suitable for me. The first exchange was a message enquiring about a pair of Kastle skis to which I got a response saying call us to discuss; I did call and the message couldn't be traced. Ok no worries, put me through to someone who knows about the skis and touring etc...well I felt the person I ended up with was perfectly pleasant but not very knowledgeable so the expert advice I was looking for didn't really help me with homing in on the right kit.

I am not a huge customer (although that is about to change..) we have had boots and bits and bobs and the service both in store and over the phone has been superb. Snow and Rock - that was a store I used to go to....

Excellent quality and excellent service - bag arrived quickly and was well protected in transit. I'd buy from edge and wax again as they were great value.

I ordered a ski helmet and goggles. After waiting over 10 days and hearing or receiving nothing from Edge & Wax, I contacted customer service to find out the status on my parcel. I was then told that there was a problem with my order and the goggles were not available. I think they really should have contacted me and not waited for me to contact them. Very disappointing for a first time customer.

I first found Edge and Wax through Amazon, offering the best price of any seller on my desired snowboard helmet. It arrived quickly and with great communication about delivery. I have since purchased goggles directly from Edge and Wax. Same great price and delivery and I love both products.

Bought backcountry skis, skins & bindings last year in a superb bundle. They even did a special of sourcing ski crampons direct from Austria using one of their staff to bring back, with no carriage. With the points you get back on top, how great is that?!!! Financed a double padded ski bag this year. Again superb efficient service. Bearing mind I live in the west highlands of Scotland and so often end up paying a premium for companies to use Royal Mail etc. can't fault them!

I've recommended Edge&Wax to friends with no hesitation.
