I’ve never left a negative Trustpilot review before, but this experience has left me with no choice.
They present themselves as a professional accountancy firm, but that image quickly fell apart once we became a client. Most of the work is handled by an overseas virtual team in the Philippines, communication with the UK-based account managers was a complete mess, and we were constantly given conflicting information. I was left with the impression that the people handling our accounts weren’t qualified accountants, which made the whole experience even more concerning.
Staff were consistently rude, obnoxious and seemed incapable of taking accountability when issues were raised.
Their phone line didn’t work for over three months. Every time we raised it, we were completely gaslighted by Anish the account manager into being told the phone lines were working perfectly. Responses to any emails take 3-5 working days at the earliest.
EVERYTHING important was left until the absolute last minute, especially VAT returns, leaving us with virtually no time to review the work before it had to be submitted.
To top it all off, after moving to a new accountant we’ve already been made aware of multiple mistakes in our previous accounts that now have to be corrected.
