Dirty facility, poor trainer
Tables, floors, kitchen and bathrooms dirty! Trainer skimmed thru important topics and went into detail regarding the frivolous. I found him rude and arrogant, with inappropriate humor. It was an already dry subject made excruciating. I would not recommend the Ballarat branch of this company.

Convenient and purposeful! Highly recommended
An incredibly convenient option for me as a rural resident updating to the current First Aid unit. Easy enrolment with access to online learning resources, followed by an informative and fun online session to participate in further learning and demonstration of competency. Phil provided an effective and fun learning space that allowed us to participate actively in building skills, knowledge and applied understanding. I'll be back every year for my ongoing First Aid PD. Thank you!

Terrible Support and Help
Joined the course, and was immediately kicked out and rudely spoken to because i didn’t have my camera on. As well as not being helped with the correct gear after getting an email confirming everything the DAY of the course terrible experience. When spoken to support about getting a free of charge reschedule they denied it despite the terrible system they have, do not recommend what so ever. (“Helper” was Jose)

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience.
For clarity, all participants are required to keep their cameras on during online training, in accordance with SafeWork NSW requirements. If an auditor is present and a participant’s camera is off, Eclipse could risk losing its registration to deliver White Card training to those who need it. The PPE gear requirement are clearly listed on the course page prior to enrolment and payment and are also included in the welcome email. These requirements are essential to participate safely and successfully in the course. You may have missed reading this information.
Our records show the trainer did inform you about the camera requirement and provided time for you to exit and return with a working camera. As both PPE and a functioning camera were required and communicated about prior and not available, the session placement could not be used productively. This means a rebooking fee is required should you wish to reschedule, as the original place could have been allocated to another participant.

The educator was very rude and abrupt…
The educator was very rude and abrupt towards me, I told her at the beginning I need to go to work is it possible to attend to me first. She said it’s all done together, so I said okay thank you. I went up to her at the end and she blasted me, extremely rude I thought, I will make sure I don’t have her, again, there were so many other rude unnecessary things she said to me, it was throughout the whole class, I’ll think twice before going there, my last first aid and CPR, we’re fine, I think I’ll opt for a male instructor, maybe she didn’t like my look!

Eclipse IT issues sabotaged this online training. Be warned.
WA white card online course.
Complete waste of time and money due to Eclipse Education practical assessment webcam IT issues.
Set whole day aside to complete the online course. I have over 40 years of industrial safety experience and am very confident on IT. Practical assessments were by webcam. My webcam is known to work fine for other purposes and worked fine for the Eclipse setup checks. However, after completing most practical assessment videos, the Eclipse system would say it failed to capture the the video, please redo. Tried up to 8 attempts on some assessments with, on the day, only one that just would not eventually successfully record at the Eclipse end. Eclipse help was useless, just saying to try again to record the assessment. Later received an email from Eclipse saying there were 3 assessments outstanding. Could not waste any more of my time on this shambles and went elsewhere.
I would not recommend this training provider.
