Eat Your Photo Recenzje

We were looking for a Celebration Cake for our 40th Birthday to share with our Guests.
Eat Your Photo supplied a perfect solution. It was a good price and very reasonable delivery charge.
Would definitely recommend this Company - it made our day so special. Thank you

Cake arrived and was left on the doorstep outside which was not a great start!
In terms of photo quality the cake looked good but unfortunately there was creasing around the cake edging and where the birthday message was which ruined the cake.
I emailed and telephoned and had no response. I telephoned the next day and no answer. Finally I received an email the evening before the party for my daughter and by that time a replacement cake could not be sent out. I was offered a measly 20% discount and an apology.
Not what you expect when ordering a made to order birthday cake.I think if emails or telephones were answered in better time then this could have easily been resolved and a replacement sent out. For £40 we was disappointed.
The cake how ever was tasty just a shame about the late response, the cake being left on the doorstep and the damage to the cake.
I would order with caution!!

My cake was beautiful both in looks and taste. I will be ordering from them again.

This company were amazing. The ordering was simple. The cake arrived on the day I requested and boxed well to make sure the cake wasn't damaged at all. The cake was delicious. The writing, ribbon and picture were exactly as requested. I will definitely be ordered from them again for my next celebration.

We ordered a cake topper for a company birthday celebration, and the experience was positive. Our order was dispatched the same day, and Royal Mail standard post delivered it within just a couple of days. The process was quick and easy, and the image quality on the cake topper exceeded our expectations. It arrived looking sharp and vibrant, making our celebration even more special. Highly recommended!

I recently ordered a personalised cake from your company and I just want to say how pleased I was with it……aside from being delivered on the exact day chosen and in a very sturdy box the cake was decorated beautifully and was absolutely delicious!
Well done to all concerned and I will certainly be ordering again in the future!

Both images I ordered were unusable due to being impossible to get off the backing sheet. I spent absolutely ages trying to get off as gently as possible but it's too thin and just rips continuously

I wish to pass on my delight with the cake
It was easy to order and the turn round to delivery was really fast
The presentation was first class, the cake exactly as it left your bakery
My grandsons birthday was made complete with that beautiful cake at the end
Thank you again and be assured we will be using you again and recommending you to all our friends
Kindest regards
Brian Ashford

First time using this company and can safely say, I won't be using anywhere else!
Ordered a personalised Liverpool cake for my Son's 12th birthday. I ordered on Wednesday and it was delivered Friday.

Excellent service. I was very happy with my edible photos which arrived within 24 hours.

Really lovely tasting cake with good icing. The picture looked fantastic too.

The website is really easy to use and I thought the cake was fairly prices. The cake was delivered on time the courier gave an hour of delivery. The cake arrived and the packaging was fantastic it was secure and robust. The cake looked fantastic exactly as shown in the website pictures, the cake was light, moist and really fresh. This was for my wife’s 40th birthday surprise and the whole experience was professional and efficient, what a fantastic product. I would definitely recommend.

I can’t comment on the quality of the cake as I never received it.

Ordered a cake for my wife’s birthday.

DPD delivered to the wrong address and provided picture with it on the ground the wrong way up.

By the time I located the address cake was gone.

Ultimately you are dependent on the DPD driver on the day so order quite early and order a backup.

I have also emailed eat my photo and called. No response to my email and no one answered the phone.

Good luck!

Ordered a cake for our son’s 7th birthday, delivered on time, cake looked brilliant and was beautiful to eat!

Whole thing was well packaged and brilliant value for money.

Highly recommend

I can recommend this company. Product arrived exactly as ordered and quality. Patient and polite customer service.

Ordered a birthday cake for my two year olds birthday. It was beautiful, she loved it and it tasted amazing! Will definitely order again !

I had quite a complicated cupcake toppers order (with seven different designs) which was printed and delivered really quickly and I was super happy with the toppers! The toppers had great clarity, were easy to apply and lasted! The emails I exchanged with Eat Your Photo were quickly responded to, and my complicated order understood and delivered on! Would definitely order again with this company 👍

Excellant customer service ,ordered at short notice and i received in a short time ,beautiful 21st birthday cake for my daughter tasted lovely and was well packed and made to a high standard

I ordered only 2 days before my son's birthday, not really expecting they would be able to deliver in that time frame, but they were able to do so, which was great customer service! The picture on the cake was really clear and the cake itself was delicious. I was impressed with the packaging, which ensured the cake was delivered in perfect condition. I will defintely use this company again.

Ordered a cake for an event. Turned up in a terrible state. Contacted them and they asked if there was time for a replacement to be sent, there wasn’t. No further offer of support or reimbursement. STAY WELL CLEAR
