BEWARE - Free Return Policy is only for the first 30 days. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes, but a week later my daughter came down with Covid - and then gave it to the whole family. When I went to the website to return shoes on day 32 the return was refused. I called and spent 38 minutes on hold before speaking with a Customer service representative. I sent photos to show the shoes had never been worn etc and they approved the return - but my card was never credited. Turns out they will only give you a “gift card” good for further purchases. I will be selling it to anyone who wants it. Will NEVER order directly from them again. Zappos is far more customer centric!

Horrible Return Policy - Sizing of the shoes I chose was 'off' and needed return. Seriously frustrated to learn they only allow 21 days for returns....What a rip off when most all companies typically have a 45-60 day policy. Never again will I buy from Easy Spirit.

Easy spirit is terrible. No response to CUSTOMER service. No refund. No response to complaint board. Never again!

Great shoes but their website is horrible and horrible customer service. They will not return it or exchange their shoes and if they do you have to go through hoops.

Do NOT order from EasySpirit.com unless you want to be ripped off!!
I’ve been trying to get a refund after returning two pairs of shoes that are cheap knock-offs or a lot smaller that are now made in a different country (after comparing them to the same style of shoe I already own bought last year from a different store).
Steer clear!!

I have been waiting over a month to get a Gift card refund. They keep telling me they don't know when it will be issued. I think I am going to be out $60. Do Not Buy From this company!!!!!

I bought a pair of easy spirit shoes last November 2021 and they are already busted on the side. For them not to be six months old is sad considered i paid $60 for them.

I feel you want good customer service DO NOT BUY FROM EASY SPIRIT! My order was in correct and they would not refund my money til I returned the incorrect shoes they sent, it was their mistake in the first place. The other shoes I ordered were not comfortable at all the had very hard soles. I have been trying to get the return slip for the ugly pair of shoes for weeks and still no no response.

It seems to me that this is an impostor company because they are not serious, it is disrespectful to us customers, they announce sales at special prices, with shipping from 5 to 7 days, after receiving the payment more than 15 days pass. They don't send the orders, they use our money to later cancel and give you a refund, supposedly for not having the shoes, but another sale comes out with the same shoes at higher prices. Easy Spirit is not an independent company or store, so they made me believe they sell third-party shoes that are not original. I made several purchases from two special sales that they had, each order was for 2 pairs of shoes, more than 15 days passed and they only sent me a pair of boots that I bought from the last order and in the other orders they canceled 1 pair of each purchase, They gave me a refund but that's not the deal. When 10 days passed and my orders did not arrive and there was no tracking number because they had not even prepared the orders, I contacted them by email, customer support is not professional at all, their response was not according to my question. If I had seen these comments before buying, I would never have bought from them, but this is the first and last time I buy from this company. It is not reliable.

I am astonished at how inefficient this company is. I placed an order for some boots and shoes when they were on sale. I got a notice that two of the items would be refunded. I assumed I wasn't getting those items because they were out of stock. I went back on the website and saw that the prices were much higher than when I placed my order but one of the items was in stock. A few days later, the same boots went on sale again, for the same price I originally ordered. So that doesnt make sense. On one of the other shoes I ordered, the priced dropped to 50% off and the original order hadn't shipped. So I called to see if I could get the cheaper price. I can get the cheaper price, but I have to call once the order is in transit to get the price match. That doesn't make sense either. However, the representatives were very polite and helpful, so I have no complaints about that. I think they need to have a serious look at their processes.

I am a very satisfied customer. I read so many negative reviews after placing my order and was skeptical. But, I received exactly what I ordered. Shoes that fit perfect and are made well. My order came in exactly 7 days and I was emailed when they arrived. Ty Easy Spirit. My faith has been restored.

this is my first time ordering from this company and i have to say i'm not even slightly impressed. i ordered two pairs of shoes. the first pair came in and i was mostly happy - it was true to size, pretty comfy (needed a little bit breaking in but not too terrible). fast forward a few weeks and they are falling apart. the bottom of the shoe is falling off and then eventually the whole sole came off. keep in mind, i wear these at my desk job, so i'm sitting most of the time. even with so little use, they fell to pieces.

in that time i had received the second pair, which i had pre-ordered. i try them on - basically the same shoe, same size (at least that's how they were marked), but it was way too small. i will admit i took a little bit to contact support about returning them, but even though they had remained in the box, completely untouched, they refused to take the shoes back. 21 days is not nearly enough time. not to mention, they took forever to respond to my email, and the response i did get was a single sentence with a typo. nice to know y'all don't even care enough to spend 10 seconds proofreading your emails.

overall a poor experience. and for the price i paid, i expected a much higher quality shoe. 0/10 would not recommend.

Why didn't I research this company first? I ordered 2 pair and they ghosted me. There was no way to cancel the order or even check the status. The receipt said to wait for the email when they are shipped. I am afraid when and if I receive them they will be shoddy as others have stated. Easy Spirit is rated D- with the BBB.

Horrible product. First day wearing new shoes, fake leather started to peel off the top of shoes. Cheap. No point in getting a refund they only offer store credit and I will never purchase this brand again.

SCAM!!! Was sent damaged product. Wasted 30+ minutes on the phone with customer service rep who promised full refund to my card. Paid $36.40. Was refunded $18.55 via a gift card. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!

I had previously had two pairs of Riptide mules very comfortable with soft soles. Recently purchased 2 new pairs of same shoes which have a very hard uncomfortable hard soles. Very disappointed in the comfort compared to older ones. What has happened to this company?

Bad quality! First time I wore the wedge sandal they broke! After one hour!! Didn’t even wear them outside. Called customer service & they were not helpful at all. Will not be buying from Easy Spirit again.

Disappointed in recent quality and sizing. They have become very inconsistent in the sizing and quality has gone down. Making it really hard to order online especially if you pick a pair without free returns.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order. I am a long time customer, and Easy Spirit shoes in the past have been true to size, comfortable and great quality. This last order was not. The Gabbie flats have a hard leather upper sole, and on one shoe only a soft leather part over the toe area. The inner part of the toe area has an unforgiving, hard cardboard like leather support that painfully pinches the toes. I don't know where I'm going to get my next pair of shoes.

Bought a pair if their spa slippers at a retail store. Within a month they literally fell apart. Half of the stitching came apart. I called easy spirit for a replacement since it is their product and she said I had to take them back to where I bought them. we have moved since I bought them and that isn't possible. She said they don't deal with third party sales. Excuse me it is still your product!!! Never buying easy spirit products again.
