Ordering straightforward even sped through my wholesale account so that I could purchase the same day. Very helpful on the phone. When my order came through 3 of the vases were smashed. I explained that I needed them for the following day and so they arranged express delivery for replacements whilst I was on the phone. Goods came the next day Excellent service. Friendly customer relations. Good selection of products

240530-082349-619109 Order Number. Sent wrong items, awaiting response from email. Was hat boxes for fathers day and 3 different sizes were sent despite invoice stating our order was correct with three large hat boxes. No-one answers the telephone. Happy to ammend review if someone sorts the issue out please

Very poor communication and missing items. I ordered 10 Oasis letters to create a funeral tribute for my Nan. The delivery arrived at the very last minute despite leaving plenty of time from when I ordered. I had to chase twice by email to find out when they were going to dispatch the order. Replies to emails take days and nobody EVER answers the phone. The phone just tells you to email and mentions live Chat which I have not been able to see even exists. The order arrives missing 2 letters. I could not do the tribute I had hoped due to this and having no time to put it right. I emailed last Friday saying my order was missing items and so far have had no response whatsoever. Frustrating, disappointing, would never use again.

The items I received were correct and really beautiful and good quality (faux flowers, ribbons, feathers) especially some of the flowers I ordered... absolutely beautiful to be used in my wedding bouquet.

My advice as a small business owner - AVOID! Ordered 4 times from this company - received something different every time, even after using the same product code. Met with ridiculous excuses which are clearly made up. Poor quality goods, terrible customer service and absolutely no point having a contact telephone number as it is never answered at any time of day. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

First time ordering. Quick delivery. Great value for money. Ordered numerous small glass vases. Received email before to delivery to apologise that some of the vases were unavailable from their stockist and a refund would be sent to me. Received my delivery that day and refund the next day. Very pleased with whole experience. Would highly recommend.

Good quality at affordable prices, with great customer service. One of the items arrived broken. I used the form on the website to report it with photo evidence. I received a response within 2 days which was apologetic, professional and a replacement item was dispatched free of charge.

Ordered X-Large galvanised vase. Excellent website with live stock levels, very good value for money, good communication with order processing and delivered on time. The packaging was excellent being completely engulfed in air-wrap to protect in transit. Thank you, 5 stars and would thoroughly recommend and shop with you again.

Easy to order. They kept me up to date through their website and delivery was on time. Order seemed stuck at the warehouse for quite a few days before they told me it had been shipped.
Minor problem due to the zinc vases being stacked together tightly in a box around twice as big as necessary without any packaging of any sort around them. The box was fine but both vases had a dent in the side and were difficult to separate. They did come apart after a struggle and the dents bashed out with my hand. Only a small mark on the outside where they were dented so not going to go to the hassle of returning such a big parcel.

Was looking for vases for my daughter's wedding. Good selection of products, description and sizing, and a very reasonable price. Ordering online was easy, items were delivered on time.
