I've been a user of easyDNS Mailmaps service since 27 June 2013. It's an easy way to create email addresses and forward them to any email. It works flawlessly from the start.

I've used EasyDNS for (I think) ~25 years since my last dynamic DNS provider mysteriously evaporated. As others have said... it just works. I've mostly used the DNS service with the registration of two .ca domain names with a couple of subdomains. In addition, I use their dynamic DNS service to find my home site since my ISP does not guarantee a fixed IP address.

I can tell you first hand to ignore the negative ratings, They have to be someone with a grudge. The customer service is outstanding. The owner/CEO is hard working and honest. He has personally reached out to help me achieve my goals when I got in over my head. They do an outstanding job keeping their part of the internet world safe from malicious actors.

I've been using easyDNS for over 20 years to host personal domains for myself, my friends, and my businesses. Currently I'm hosting two dozen domains. Over the years, while just about everything on the Internet has become enshittified, easyDNS has remained easy to use, laser focused on what they do well, reasonably priced, and generally rock solid. I wanted to add my .02 after seeing a couple of bad reviews. My experience with easyDNS has been nothing but positive. I even read the AxisOfEasy newsletter which is actually interesting and informative. I recommend this service to colleagues without reservation.

I've been a happy easyDNS customer since sometime in 2013. I've used their DNS and email services, and found their knowledge base super-helpful for configuring my sites.

I particularly chose them when I heard that their corporate policy is to only shut down one of their customer's sites if they receive an order from a Canadian judge: I believe upholding due process is super important, unlike a large American DNS company that cancels politically incorrect sites just on the basis of letters from law enforcement asking for it. Rule of law matters, and I appreciate easyDNS's commitment to free speech and legal operations.

I've been an easyDNS customer now for probably close to 10 years, for multiple domain names. The company lives up to its name - easy. Everything I need to do through my domains is easy to do. As well the support is excellent and the prices competitive. I will most likely still be an easyDNS customer another 10 years from now. Very highly recommend!

Having EasyDNS host for us has been a very positive experience. Services have been easy to configure, and where we've needed tech support it has been prompt and to the point. Wish more companies were as easy to deal with!

EasyDNS provides exactly what they promise with a great, easy to use and highly reliable web interface, at a very affordable price. We've been using their service for 10 years now and we have no intention of moving!

Edit: They did finally resolve the issue after multiple attempts to contact them and apparently the previous owner of the domain had set the WhoIs info incorrectly so that wasn't their fault.

EasyDNS makes it insanely difficult to transfer your domain away from them. The worst part is, there is a security vulnerability where they are sending the Auth Code to transfer my domain to some other email, meaning some random person could steal my domain name.

I have 3 tickets open with customer support and have not gotten any responses in 2 weeks. Please help.

I have been using them for many years. On the rare occasions that I needed tech support (usually because of some great new feature that Google had implemented!), they were extremely quick and competent.

EasyDNS and EasyMail have been my provider for 14 years. Their user interface is fairly intuitive given the nature of the complexity of the many options they provide. Other than adding various email accounts and working with SPAM settings there is really not much to do after the initial setup. Everything just works and keeps on working.

Been working with them for MANY years and moved many companies to them. Every time service was TOP TIER.

Honestly i just wish other companies would follow their model. Great product, great service, great price! WIN-WIN-WIN!

I've been using EasyDNS services (e-mail and web) for over a decade. Throughout this period, I have never had any issues with reliability or uptime. They offer beyond fair pricing, in-house support (even via telephone!) and are constantly refining their offerings. If you're looking for a new provider, definitely give these folks a try!

Does what it says on the tin. Every time I emailed or called for support I got a real capable human being who resolved my issue. I've been using their services for years. Scam artists beware, they do not suffer fools gladly!

When EASY DNS started hosting my business page in 2014 they were extremely helpful to this newbie. Their customer service is excellent and they have answered every question I had over the years quickly and in easy (for me) to understand terms. A great company to work with.
