Catalog clearly said set of 3, received 1 item. Called and was told by representative I was mistaken. I was looking at said catalog and item. I explained I would not be making the mistake of ordering through them again.
Perhaps Amazon has spoiled us. But I placed the order five business days ago and it still hasn’t shipped.
I ordered 2 bed canes and 2 wheeled laundry carts in preparation for my parents discharge. I paid for overnight shipping. The items did not arrive. I did not receive notice of delay. Finally cancelled items and ordered similar ones on Amazon.
I bought 2 bras and returned them and got an email stating they recieved them and that I did not owe them any money back in april 2025, and I have recieved a bill ever since and I have called about the account and they tell me its closed,I have written letters to them to stop sending me bills since there employees say I dont owe any money and yet today I recieved a bill. They are a Scam of a company. Do not trust them for anything.....
My experience with Easy Comforts was excellent. The products arrived quickly, were high quality, and really made daily task easier. It's a reliable site for practical and helpful home items.
My credit card was hit five times with a 'pending' charge while the site said my order was never placed. I called and was told there was no supervisor to explain what had occurred even after I waited 30 minutes on the line. I was told I could call back in a few hours. I was told the pending charges would disappear in a few days... not to worry.
In short: I was multi charged for an order that didn't go through.
I ordered a pair of shoes which arrived in a decent amount of time but they did not fit...that's when the trouble started. Returning something there requires a phone call first, then you have to arrange to ship back at your own expense which I did. I discovered that during the original transaction the charge they sent through did not include tax. I received an additional bill a month after returning the shoes and had to call again. Instead of just clearing the tax charge I had to pay but then learned that somehow they never received the shoes I returned. Just a shady or really poorly run company. Will never use them again.
I am writing this review regarding my 93 year old mother. She found an item she liked and called to order, it was supposed to be placed on a payment plan. Well the charges the full amount and have screwed up her checking account. When contacted the CSR laughed and said oh well look on the bright side your item is paid for. Offered no solution when all that needed to be done was to cancel the order and enter it correctly. First and last order ever with this company.
This company sent me a catalog in the mail and I saw an item in there that I needed to order. The first time I ordered I received the products right away, even though I was disappointed with the 3n1 can opener and told the representative about it on the phone and she refunded my money for it. The other product that I ordered was no problem. I then placed a 2nd order for the sciatica dermal patches again that I needed. I received an email saying my order was being shipped on March 7th. It then explained that my order would be a little late and I was given a tracking number which showed that it was being processed and was right at my PO Box Station where I lived.
After calling up Easy Comforts and telling them that I still haven't received my item, the representative kept telling me that it was on the way. I never received it, so I will not be doing business with this company ever again. I just want everyone to know that before you order anything with this company, don't bother!! I am done.

For whatever reason unbeknownst to me and the intended recipient, the delivery was returned sight unseen. A request was NOT made to refund or exchange the ordered items per an emailed "return confirmation". Perhaps the package was not addressed sufficiently for the assisted living facility to know the intended recipient. Also, I'm displeased about being placed on the Easy Comfort mailing list as well as having that information shared with other entities without my consent.
I placed an order and my card was declined and then I tried again and declined. Then I checked my card and they took out twice for the amount. I called them and they could not find the transactions. So I finally called my credit card and had them cancel all transactions to easycomfort. I will never order from them again!!!!
I couldn't make something work (I've forgotten what it was) so I asked for help. My income is so little I never pay any taxes or get any refunds except $25 from the state.
The lady who helped me said there would be no charge. Looking back at my bank statement I see you charged me over $300. How did that happen?
I ordered a sheet / blanket support. When I recieved it I tried putting it together . It was impossible because it wouldn't fit in the holes to connect the pieces together.. I was told I could get a refund . I agreed to the amount, but I realized after wards I did not get the shipping and handling fee back . They sent me a defective product and I should have gotten ALL my money back including the $10.00 I paid for shipping and handling ! I guess they dont check their merchandise before they send it out! I will never buy anything from them again .
