We bought a softener and whole house filter when we met EMWC at the Home Building and Renovation Show. The equipment arrived earlier than expected and was very well packaged. We had a slight issue with one of the valves in the connection kit but after a friendly call with the office and technical team replacements arrived the next morning. We cannot fault the help, service or equipment provided.

Great product, great service and a big shout out to James for his help. I was a bit apprehensive about ordering this softener for delivery to Greece - but needn't have been, delivery was handled efficiently and a small problem with the inner tank was sorted out very quickly. I'm one of those who don't usually leave reviews but the overall sevice I received deserved 5-star feedback from this satisfied customer; I wouldn't hesitate to recommend EMWC

I spoke to a very helpful man on the phone and I ordered my water softener from him. He told me it was easy to fit. I decided to use a plumber to fit it as I am not acquaint with softeners. There was an issue with the sensor and after my plumber had been here for almost 2 hours, he couldn’t get it to work. He had to return for another hour to fit the replacement sensor and run the softener system to make sure it worked. Altogether a Very Expensive experience. A shame as it all started so well!

Check the filters are correct!
I only started experiencing issues with this company last year — prior to that, I’d never had any problems. Last year I was sent the wrong filters, which was eventually corrected. Unfortunately, the same mistake happened again this year, and even after reporting it, another incorrect set was dispatched. A plumber had already begun fitting the unit assuming the parts were correct, so I’ve had to pay for him to come out twice. I appreciate that the call-out cost isn’t directly their fault, but it was still an inconvenience caused by their error. What’s most frustrating is the lack of accountability: they didn’t seem concerned and simply told me I’d receive a £6 refund for the price difference — which I still haven’t received. I’ve also emailed about this and haven’t had any response. Overall, the customer service has been disappointing.
***update - their customer service department has been very fair in their response***

Thank you for your patience, and please accept our sincere apologies for the issues you’ve experienced with your last two orders. I completely understand how frustrating this must have been. After reviewing your account, I can see that an error occurred in March last year. While this was resolved at the time, unfortunately the order record itself wasn’t updated. When you placed a recent order, the details from the previous order were copied across, which led to the incorrect filters being sent to you. Our warehouse team noticed the mistake and corrected it promptly; however, this was done without the usual paperwork being processed. As a result, our Customer Services team wasn’t aware that you were still waiting for a refund. I’m very sorry for this oversight. I’m pleased to confirm that this has now been fully resolved, and we’ve refunded you in full for your most recent filter purchase, rather than the £6 you were expecting. This has been processed as a goodwill gesture in recognition of the inconvenience you’ve experienced. We supply a very wide range of reverse osmosis filters and always aim to ensure the correct replacements are supplied. On this occasion, we fell short of that standard, and for that I’m sorry. Please be assured that your account has now been clearly noted to prevent this from happening again.

Dealt with problem promptly
EMW took over the company that I have bought my water filters from for many years, so I hoped they would continue to be good value. The second filter we bought developed a rare fault and they have been very quick to replace it, so I feel happy to continue buying from them.

Replacing a faulty tap.…
I bought a water filter and tap many years ago. It needs to be replaced every three years. This company is invariably easy to deal with. Every order is delivered promptly, any queries are dealt with efficiently and very pleasantly. It is clear to me that they hold customer satisfaction as a core value.
I bought a new tap four months ago which began to malfunction recently. When I contacted them I was given a new tap with minimal fuss and with their usual friendly manner.
