My Order just got back ordered till may 1 and a lot of people are saying they get the wrong order and I’m worried so if anyone’s been in back order but their stuff came in on time please tell me

Outstanding and great. This was my first time ordering from Eastbay. And I must say I was very pleased with the air max 95 I purchased. I ordered on the april 11 and received them April 16th. And the shoe looked brand new like it was never worn. And the box was in perfect condition also. I seen the reviews but I am glad I chose to order anyway because I was very happy with the shoes.

Charged me 25 percent taxes on my order 100 usd on a 400usd order. When I asked why they said there’s nothing they can do about taxes. Don’t know if it’s because of the coronavirus or what but feel like a company like this shouldn’t be sneakily taxing customers.

Honestly, you have to remember most people write reviews when they have bad experiences, and otherwise don’t bother. I almost let Eastbay’s bad review on here deter me from ordering. But I went for it, and I got what I wanted, at a great price, with fast shipping and really good customer service. They even refunded me for part of the order at my request as I noticed the item went on sale right after I ordered it. Also I’ve seen people say they don’t use an outer box for shoes, but that seems to have changed so sneakerheads can breathe a bit easier.

I, like others, didn't read these reviews until after I placed an order. So I expected the worst. I paid for 3-4 day shipping. The shoes arrived in 2 days. They are fine and are the right size and aren't used. No issues. I can now breathe a sigh of relief.

I just spoke w Dave...a resolutions manager for Eastbay in regard to a possible late return of a new unworn pair of Air Jordan's that I had ordered along with a few other pairs...he was extremely confrontational accusing me of trying to get special treatment because I mentioned that we order from his company quite a bit. I had merely suggested a possible credit for a future order rather than a refund if that would work but he seemed to think I was trying to destroy the integrity of the Eastbay return policy...hmmm...will NOT be ordering from Eastbay EVER AGAIN. Thanks Dave the resolutions manager...you are not very good at your job

I bought a pair of basketball shoes for my young daughter. She tried them on once on a clean floor, and they were too small. We returned them to Eastbay right away only to have them tell us they will not accept the return. They charged us the full amount. I talked to two different customer service representatives who both dismissed my concerns over not getting a refund for shoes that we only tried on one time to test for size. One customer service representative gave me a false email address for another customer service representative who she thought might be able to help me. The next customer service representative would not listen and dismissed me right away. My experience with Eastbay was terrible. I will never purchase another shoe from this company.

So, I like Eastbay for their discounts, selections and availability. Customer sucks, they use UPS who really sucks. I had a pair of shoes lost in transition, Eastbay said UPS had them, lying UPS showed Eastbay never released them. Anyway, I had to wait it out for them to declare lost. Now I have to wait another week for the refund. The lady didn’t even tell me how much the refund was. Shenanigans all day long. Also, the system was supposed to call back for feedback....no call back, this isn’t the first time.

I used to shop here all the time but will no longer be back. I ordered a shirt for my husband for his b-day, as soon as he saw it in the package he was excited and knew what it was. We open the bag to take it out and the security tag was still on it, on top off that it had two holes! I returned it and found it weird that I did not get any confirmation about my return. I let a week go by and still nothing, I let a couple more days go by and I still did not receive any email about my return. I check the tracking and see if was delivered 3 days after I shipped it so I decide to email them and they told me I should be getting an email. I let another 2 days go by and by then the only email I received was to rate my purchase. So I reach out to them AGAIN and the tell me that they will refund me and should take another 5-7 days. This is just ridiculous.

Literally the only retailer, online or offline, that has essentially no return policy. There is no reason to buy shoes from Eastbay. Anything you can get here, you can get from another site with a reasonable return policy.

Trying to purchase 3 jerseys for my son's baseball team. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size. Willing to purchase the correct size and understand that they can not refund or exchange the wrong size. I have been on hold for 3 hours, talked to two people who passed me on to someone else and after one hour and 15 minutes on hold after the second person I had to hang up. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You should never use this company.

They cancelled my order without notifying me not only that they said it would be a week before my money is returned! They make people like me who don’t usually order olive think twice about it again I NEVER IN MY LIFE ORDER FROM EASTBAY AGAIN AND DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE ELSE EITHER

I ordered couple of shoes from Eastbay.com without checking the reviews first, when I saw how many people were disappointed with their service I was horrified and prepared myself for the worst as some people say their shoes wasn't new or was wrong size once arrived.

I made order on February 17 to Hong Kong and was expecting to receive them end of the month. When I was tracking my order with the number eastbay send me in the confirmation letter the website was saying my order number was invalid. I send email to customer support, they gave me a different tracking number saying they send my order through Asendia. when I start checking reviews for that I was like 'ok, I'm never going to receive my order'. the status wasn't updating for days, then after two weeks it was saying it departed from Hong Kong when Hong Kong is the destination...

had nothing to do but wait, wait and wait again..and finally the day has come! I finally received my shoes today. they both fit well(eastbay suggested to take one of the pair at least 0.5 of the size I was looking for which I did). I actually love them both but I would suggest to eastbay use better delivery service.

Overall my experience was good, customer service was helpful and tried to assure me that I was going to receive my order soon.
Would give 5 stars but delivery process was kinda nerve-wracking.

Order for the 25% off. When I checked out with my payment, the 25% didn’t come off. So we called and they said to wait until the sneakers were delivered and call back for the 25% off. So I canceled it right there. I don’t know but does that make sense?

Have purchased several sets of shoes from Eastbay now,

I live in Aus so delivery times take awhile but products always arrive without problems except my last order,

I purchased a few sets of shoes and a pair of sliders,

One set of Shoes and the sliders did not fit,
I contacted customer support with all info attached and was given a link that did not accept my order number..?

On a return email I was told it’s because I was a international customer & that I could send them back but was given no info on where to ship them or how the process worked???

Unfortunately the shoes were stolen out of our car before I could return a email asking for more info...

One other issue is when ever I order it’s so difficult to get a tracking number I can use as I was told Easybay do bulk shipments and the tracking numbers I’m provided never work until the item arrives in Australia.

"I ordered 4 items from the Mamba Academy who uses East Bay for some forsaken reason. Took 4 Weeks to get my order.

To be clear, this is an East Bay Issue. Mamba Academy uses East Bay for all their merchandise which is why I say do not buy from Mamba Academy until they change their merchandiser.
I am a Huge Kobe Bryant fan but I cannot support them with the way East Bay works.

Their sizes runny very small so I wanted to Return a shirt and exchange another shirt.

I call 1 day and 30 min on hold and no answer. 2nd day on hold for over 1 hour and no answer. 3rd day on hold for 30 min and decide to leave a voice mail. They are supposed to return my call by next day 10am PST.

I get an email at about 12:30pm saying they called and left a voice mail. That's a lie because I never got a voicemail nor a missed call.

Their email isn't very professional either.

I email them the issue of wanting to return and exchange.
Response is their website says No Return No Exchanges. They are telling me "No 'Decorated' Items". Who the heck knows what a 'Decorated' item is? I didn't order anything personalized.
I just ordered from the Mamba Academy site. No where on the redirected East Bay Store site does it say No Returns No Exchanges.
Of course they tell me I'm more than welcome to purchase more product. What a joke of a company.

The customer service is terribly incompetent. The same shoes sold everywhere else so no qualms with the product just the complete lack of common sense by those working in the customer service department. Please go elsewhere and do not waste your time and money here.

If I could give it a zero I would. I have been waiting over a month for a refund. I keep getting the run around. Lied to about when to expect a refund. The times that I have called customer service and opt in to take a survey, it never goes through supposedly. Last time. I was on hold with the rep that was supposedly putting the credit in. And I got the survey call while I was on the other line. Then today. I opted in again. The survey called me after I hung up but as I said hello .. the call hung up a few seconds later. It's a very shady company. would not recommend. will not shop eastbay ever again.

Worst experience ever! They charged my account 6 times for 1 pair of shors. When i called they said their system had a cliche. Now i am waiting for my bank to dispute the claim and it will take 10 business days!! Never again will i shop at eastbay!!

I ordered some clothes for my son for his birthday on a Friday. Needing them by the next Thursday I paid for expedited shipping. It still isn’t here and my email correspondence has been met with rude curt answers and no care or concern for their pathetic order fulfillment. And after I paid the expedited shipping they shipped it ground anyway. Eastbay must not need customers with the way they treated me. What a joke. Avoid them
