Poor help.
They could help me but discided not!

Don't bother asking for help its script with no positive outcome. They just take your money. I got sick of waiting for a response on their email service (they work on USA time) and the chat services are a joke! I called their help line and got charged £2.70 for a few minutes (this was not mentioned when I called) Still no positive outcome. Surly they have legal obligations but nothing gets done as it will cost too much to actually take them to court!!!!

If you contact EA for support my experience is that all you will get in response is a generic reply that appears to be sent just to get the issue off the handlers desk.
The ‘help’ suggested with be irrelevant and unhelpful.
It doesn’t matter how often you go back it appears the real issue is just ignored.
Just appalling customer service.

Disappointed in your silence regarding premier league corruption, this home won’t be buying FIFA21 or any other EA products until they show a desire for transparency from the premier league

I will never buy an EA game ever again as long as you sponsor the bent and corrupt regime that is the English Premier League. You are playing a dangerous game which is so damaging to your brand.

Ive just gone onto the EA store to buy games within the 'up to 60% off sims 4 games'. After looking at the prices I decided to do the 'build your own bundle' as it was cheaper and I was getting more. The price was £60 something and had a 51% discount on it which brought the price down to £30.47 so I checked out. It stated it was £30.47 as I checked out then after it took my bank details and the payment had gone through it showed 'Purchase £44.47' so I checked my bank and they have took the £44.47 instead of the price it was advertised at and was at the checkout point for. I contacted origin to explain the issue to get a lady named Julie. Which came across very rude and would not do anything for this issue but blame myself and my brand new back for being 'faulty' according to this customer service advisor although it was advertised on my screen for £30.47 I needed to pay £44.97 due to me not clearing my Mac cache and my Mac being 'faulty'. Completely refusing to accept the fact I had been miss sold due to being under the impression and stated on checkout my order was £30.47 which is what I gave them permission to take. I did not give permission for £44.97 to be taken from my account. The only thing I got was 'I can remove the games and refund you the money but the sale is over' leaving me in the same situation as before I decided to order them! I requested to escalate this and the agent left the chat I then got another agent who advised 'the issue is resolved' which it was 100% is not!

honestly , i used to agree with people that EA support was very poor, but with my recent experience (feb 2018) they have been making an effort to rectify it. had problems getting into my account, they phoned me instantly, got me through security and helped me regain access.

also the livechat staff were friendly and helpful when i had issues purchasing Battlefield 1 expansion

So i bought Ghost recon the 11-03-17 havent gotten it yet "13-03-17" ive been waiting 2 days, asked 3 poeple to cancel my order all they said was "sorry we cant do that" or atleast 2 of them could't i lost it went all out on the last guy at the end i was so mad but atleast i got him to cancel my order i am never spending any money at origin ever again.

Så lykkes det også EA at ødelægge spillet Crysis 3! Spillet er egentlig ganske fedt. Men sammen med spillet kommer malware programmet Origin, som ved hver opstart spammer ens computer med en reklame kaldet dagens valg. Hvis jeg havde vidst dette, havde jeg ikke købt det spil.

Jeg synes, at det er udtryk for en utrolig ringe forretningsmoral at tvinge ens kunder, til at se reklamer på den måde. Jeg vil selv bestemme, hvornår jeg vil kigge på reklamer. Det er i al fald slut fra min side, at købe spil fra EA, hvor jeg påtvinges reklamer – ØV – jeg havde ellers glædet mig til en række gode spilleaftner.

ja man kan kun siger at EA GAMES har fundet en ny måde at sælge deres produkter ved at lave begræsninger på deres spil
da jeg har købt red alert 3 for nogle år tilbage og nu ville jeg gerne sidder spille det igen men nu kan jeg ikke spille det for så skal jeg lige købe en produkternøgle igen

Jeg skrev til EA-support for nylig.
Jeg fik et svar 1½ uge efter, som nok ikke ville have hjulpet.

I stedet fandt jeg selv ud af, at opgradere fra 32- til 64-bit.

Købte battlefunds til battlefield heroes. Pludselig en dag blev kontoen hacket, vi rapportede det og EA lukkede så kontoen for at undersøge sagen. Kontoen har været lige så lukket som EA lige siden (2½ måned), og vi får aldrig svar tilbage. Vi har købt for mange penge til spillet som vi ikke har adgang til mere. Har ringet flere gange og er bare blevet fejet hen, med at vi nok skal få svar imorgen, men der sker intet, har skrevet at vi vil have pengene retur, ingen svar. Servicen kan man ikke klage over, for der er INGEN. Synes EA skulle skamme sig gevaldigt.Jeg tyr sjældent til den her slags offentlig skue, men tålmodigheden er sluppet op.
