Good service
I ordered replacement tubes for my under cupboard lights. They arrived within a couple of days which was excellent service. My only criticism was the amount of postage I had to pay. It was greater than the cost of the tubes.

Don't order Fridays
I placed order on Friday afternoon and paid extra for next working day should have been Monday delivery. I received order 3.30pm Wednesday when I phoned on Monday to inquire about time of delivery i was told because I ordered on Friday afternoon was the reason it arrived late still took the money through

I can see from our system that you placed you order on Friday 26th February @ 16:06 after our office closed. I can then see that your order was shipped on Monday 29th and according to our tracking system signed for by yourself on Tuesday 01 Mar 2016 @ 15:59.

E TRADE POOR
Have used e trade counter many times before and on the hole was ok. But this time paid extra for next day delivery and they lost my items that would have not been so bad if the could tell me what was going on. Said they would ring us back and never did we end up ring them back to chase them.we where told if we had ordered more it wouldn't have been a problem.this time i find there service less then poor.I hope this does get back to the people that do care because the person that dealt with us didn't care.
