Would never order from them again!!
I placed the order for these around 20th June (possibly before), under the impression they should be despatched within 2-3 days. Having received several updates to say that they were being delayed firstly quoting a new despatch dates of 27th June, then a delivery date of 2nd July, the goods were finally delivered by UPS on 3rd July which caused a lot of inconvenience. I mostly feel so let down as no offer was made by the company to either allow me to cancel the order or to do any running around to change the delivery address when the delivery dates changed. Customer service is key and I don't feel theirs is strong! I have yet to see the lights and even comment on the quality...

Excellent service, the goods arrived as scheduled.
I would happily recommend e-tradecounter to anyone as the goods were as ordered and arrived when promised. My only criticism is the number of messages received, just one would have been better.

Won't be using again.
Products should be marked up as out of stock not allowed to be ordered and then still no sign or chance of it turning up after a week while I leave a customer without hot water

Very disappointing
Order placed 21 May. Shipping promised 2-3 working days. Telephone message that despatch should be 4 June, and an email to be sent confirm this. No email received as at end of 29 May. Am not impressed. Where is the item I have paid for????????

Apologies that you are disappointed with our service. Every effort is made to deliver the goods in 2 to 3 business days or less however due to our high turnover it is inevitable that we sometimes we run out of stock.
There is currently an issue with Philips production line and we are continuously in communications with them regarding delayed items and every effort is made to contact our customers as soon as we are made aware.
Just for your piece of mind, I just wanted to let you know that orders processed through the website are pre-authorized, monies are taken only when the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse.
As notified by telephone to yourself, your goods are still arranged to be dispatched on the 4th June. We will be in contact as soon as possible if this changes for any reason.

2-3 day delivery over a week later still no light
I ordered a light for my sons bedroom which was supposed to be delivered in 2 - 3 days and a week later it still has not been dispatched.
There website is still showing it as being "In Stock at Depots" so why the lies if it is "IN STOCK" then where is my light? If it isn't why advertise it as being so and misleading customers??
This was the first time I used this company and more than likely will be the last!!!!!

Every effort is made to deliver the goods in 2 to 3 business days or less once your order has been accepted.
Items are usually in stock, however due to our high turnover it is inevitable that we sometimes we run out of stock. Great service, great products
Even though there was a small issue with delivery not being on time, it was dealt with very quickly and professionally. I would definitely use e-tradecounter again as their customer service is excellent.

A terrific price and great service
I decided which type of light I wanted then shopped around on the web for the best price. e-tradecounter was considerably cheaper than other suppliers so I placed my order for 6 lights and received an immediate acknowledgement. First thing the next morning I had a call from a pleasant woman at e-tradecounter who informed me that unfortunately they had only 2 of the lights in stock and the factory -Phillips - would not be sending out any more for maybe three weeks. I wasn't thrilled about this but in the event I had a call only a week later to say the lights were in and would be dispatched immediately. All 6 were safely delivered the next day. I'm extremely happy with the transaction and the great customer service, thank you.

Good customer service but still not received goods!
Good prices but light I wanted was out of stock so chose another, advised would be here Friday but it's now Tuesday and still haven't got it. Advised UPS have lost goods and another order has been placed and it will arrive by Thursday! Fingers crossed
