Ordered some walking shoes for my husband. Dispatched very promptly but were on the small side so I needed to exchange for the next size up so contacted customer service- one of the fastest and most efficient responses I have ever had - literally minutes. Shoes were duly exchanged for the next size and all handled promptly and efficiently. Husband happy with his new shoes!! Excellent company to do business with- thank you

Poor customer experience
Quick delivery but disappointed that the jacket was meant to come with a stuff sack, as per the photos on the ad. After multiple different excuses, where it became clear that they had no clue what they were doing, they decided to just use the excuse that the "new version" doesn't come with one.

We have since updated our images on the website to reflect this. These are being phased out according to the information provided to us by the brand. We will share the information with you to your personal email. We as a business strive to provide our customers with accurate information. Please see the information shared by the brand. Following extensive research and a review, we have determined that the removal of the stuff sacks from certain garments within our ranges will save over 101,500m2 of material and 300,000m of cord and tape every year which would ultimately end up in a landfill. Item lost in post for a fortnight and refund took 3-5 days. And that was for Express Delivery.

In some cases carriers are able to locate the parcels within their next work ,hence we allow a few days for the investigation to conclude .The 3-5 days is the typical time frames it takes banks to process payments.
