I thought that their receptionist is very friendly, but don’t take your dog there (at least not for mani/pedi)
I went there to get help cutting my dog’s nails. I was already a bit apprehensive when seeing that they have vet-nurses do it, because I am used to my vet doing it. I was right in being apprehensive, or at least she cut absolutely nothing citing that the blood vessels were in the way followed by suggesting that I’d come again in fourteen days. I have had a lot of dogs, and cut most of their nails myself, but my current dog’s nails are very dark so it is a bit difficult, which is why I ask the vet to help with cutting then most of the time. I have gone to multiple vets with her, but never come out thinking that the nails were not cut at all. I literally saw no difference between before and after so I am convinced that either the nurse chose to cut less due to a lack of experience, or that they do that so that people go more often.
