J'ai trouvé un super beau chandail. On m'a aidé en magasin quand je ne le trouvais pas. J'ai adoré la nouvelle collection. Je vais y retourner assurément.

Wasn't a lot of variety. Hated that there were no mirrors in the store besides the ones in the dressing rooms.

I am not happy with my purchase as the price online is $28 but i bought at store for $40, I even told the cashier but no action.
Hopefully you can address this for me.

Service à la clientèle laisse à désirer. Toujours la même situation, les employées sont plus préoccupées à échanger entres elles que d’offrir du service à la clientèle. Je me suis promenée dans le magasin au moins 20 mins avant d’avoir un bonjour de la part d’une des employées.

Dynamite never disappoints, love the whole experience from start to finish and the quality of the products is next to none.

The staff in your store in Barrie store are lovely and very helpful. I am just struggling to work out my sizes in your store there is a cardigan online I would like to purchase but it is a final sale so I need to be sure of the size I need. I am just sad that you won’t exchange if it is a final sale because it makes me hesitant to order.

The leather jacket has deteriorated significantly over time. The outer surface is showing extensive peeling, cracking, and discoloration, particularly around the seams and other areas of the jacket. The material appears to have lost its original finish and overall appearance, making the jacket look worn and of poor quality. Given the extent of the deterioration, the jacket does not appear to have maintained an acceptable level of durability or quality. Even though I never wears it on regular basis.
Very disappointing with dynamite.and i buys from dynamite like regularly.

The customer service associates were so friendly and helpful! They helped me find alternate options when my size wasn’t available in something I picked out. 10/10!

I recently purchased 3 pairs of size 24 jeans on sale. I’ve been wearing Dynamite/Garage jeans for a while and like them. But I’ve lost weight. I have always bought size 25-26 so I knew 24 would be the right size. However when they arrived the size 24 jeans we are LARGER than the jeans I already owned in the bigger size, including jeans of the exact same style. I am grateful that the company is allowing me to return these items as I had bought them on sale with full confidence that they would fit. I am confused and disappointed at the discrepancy in sizing. But I appreciate the customer service.

Total disgrace of a company. No accountability or care for their employees and do not stad by their own company policies. The total management from head office to their stores are terrible and have no care in the world, so good at deflecting and denying and best treating people like crap. DISGUSTING ALL THE WAY FROM THE TOP!!!!

Genuinely upset at the shoddy quality and fit of this lace. It’s small but made for taller longer torsoed girls, the bib part is way too long and there is no way of adjusting it. I made peace with it by using boob tape to accomodate the top looseness but then I saw the lace part coming unstitched from the lining. To think this was priced at 21 on sale ( an average number and real value if properly stitched) and even more at regular, what an outrage! And of course, I can’t get my money back since they covered their backs with the final sale stamp👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Aucun accueil, aucune aide pour prendre les vêtements que je voulais essayer, temps d’attente très long à la cabine. Il y avait au-moins 3 employée mais 1 seule qui travaillait.
