The Dymo Organizer Xpress Pro labeller…
The Dymo Organizer Xpress Pro labeller that I bought through DymOnline, is a piece of junk. The letters are unevenly spaced and some are feint while others are o.k. The product is unusable and although I have twice used the online contact method listed on my invoice telling the company of my problems, they have never replied to my messages. My Dymo label maker arrived promptly and well-packaged but just doesn't work very well. Letters over-write each and some letters only emboss faintly. Which was disappointing.
Edited to add that they got back to me first thing Monday morning and are replacing my label maker. Great service!

Not Dymo online at all
Thought I was buying directly from Dymo. Turns out it’s a third party. I bought what appeared to be stock available but after my order was submitted I received an email (from the third party I originally thought was spam) saying there would be a 4 week delay. I canceled my order and it was processed quickly.

My apologies for the confusion, Mega Thing are a major supplier of all things Dymo in Australia.
There are significant delays with some Dymo machines currently with limited information surrounding ETAs which makes things increasingly difficult.
Really pleased we were able to process your cancellation quickly. Feel free to request a quote on any future products via the Mega Thing/DymoOnline websites that you may be interested in and we would be only to happy to provide you with our best price and details around ETA's.

Some communication would be nice
The product was not in stock when I ordered it (which I knew at the time). But to improve on 3 star rating I would expect some pro-active communication on when I might expect it. The only correspondence I've received in the three weeks since I ordered it are multiple requests for ratings, so here it is.
(Edit - yes I did receive an email on 4 July from Mega Thing which went to spam. I ordered from Dymo Online and didn't make the connection)

Thanks for taking the time to review us Adrian, really appreciate it. I can see our team emailed out on the 4th July to advise the Rhino 4200 was unfortunately on back order until mid-October. We had been advised of the unexpected delay due to a technical issue with the machines converting for use in Australia. We hope they are able to rectify it shortly so that we can get the machines out asap.
Let us know if anything we can do in the meantime.
