Worst experience..Pathetic service..I had to get RT-PCR test done on urgent basis last evening so I requested online as it was urgent so call on helpdesk number but call wait time was around 10 minutes but call was not connected to any executive.
Later I got a call from a lady telling me my position that I have to get this test done soon because next day I have to leave the station, lady told me she will check me and update.
After that I did not get any call I called on the same number but no one answered the call. The next day afternoon a call came and the lady told me that she was calling from HealthDX and when I was trying to explain my problem she was screaming, stopped the call and suddenly disconnected.
My experience is very poor and I would not recommend this website to anyone. I am sharing my response because in this time of pandemic where everyone is ready to help people. People like this are also here where they are not solving the problem, although they have become part of what is causing the problem. I am sure many others are also facing similar problem. they can't do anything, there could be many reasons
