Just placed our third order for secondary double glazing from Duration Windows in Canvey Island as so pleased with the product and the excellent service we received from Ken Dantes Mortimer. We returned to this branch requesting specifically to be assisted by Ken as he has such extensive knowledge,
is incredibly efficient, helpful and friendly.

I contacted Coral to try to locate and purchase some replacement handles. My request was dealt with very swiftly and accurately with items in the post the same night. Very east to do business with. Recommended.

My project is the upgrade from W20 steel windows to suitable thermally broken windows in a part 16th C -part 17th C Yeoman's House. Jon Wade at Duration has been very helpful in providing information, drawings and samples to help us firstly decide on the suitability of particular frames in proportion and design, and in providing supporting info to accompany our Listed Building Consent application.
Jon has been friendly and speedy with responses in assisting us to this stage.
