I rated 1 star because 0 stars wasn’t an option. I ordered 4 pair of underwear from Duluth and 4 pair from one of their competitors. The competitors items arrived in about 3-4 days after ordered. 1 of the 4 pair of Duluth underwear arrived about 6 days after ordered. The other 3 pair have went from Milwaukee to Dallas and back up north to Kansas. They left Olathe Kansas one morning and arrived back at Olathe Kansas later that night. I was on live chat with their customer service and they were rude. They told
me if I expected the product faster than 10 business days I should have paid expedited shipping cost. They also don’t consider Saturday a business day as part of the shipping product but Saturday’s are business days for shipping companies. The 1 pair of underwear I did receive was also vastly inferior to their competitors underwear (Krakatoa) as Duluth claims their waistband don’t roll down - these did the first time I wore them. Their competitors don’t roll down. Terrible product, terrible delivery, terrible customer service.

I used to be able to get my size here. I still have the correct size in my closet on several pairs. I went to 2 locations and called customer service and have been told they no longer carry that size. I was told it must not have been a popular size. When every time I went to buy it it was gone or almost out. Which tells me it was very popular size.
I like their style
I like their style, i was a shopper for 10 years, reason i stopped was not one pair of pants does the zipper stay up. I understand their 1 year policy but if u spend 65 and up for pants, the zipper should always work at least 3 years

They never actually have anything. Orders always get cancelled, but turns out that's a blessing in disguise. Stay away at all costs
You can never change your address
I've used Duluth Trading for quite a few years but recently moved. I placed an online order and made sure my new address was the only address in my account. I deleted my old address completely. I checked to make sure it would be shipped to my new address. Well guess where they sent my package? Yup, to the old address. I checked my account and it isn't even there. I called to tell them they sent it to the wrong address and was told "what you see in your account isn't the same as we have". In other words there is no way to type in an address for them to send your shipment, they will send it where ever they want. You can't update your address it just won't do it. I told them it will never happen again because I will never order from them again. Problem solved
None of the items ordered were shipped/received
I ordered 2 pairs of pants and 4 pairs of underwear. Instead I got a parka and was told i might get my original order if it was still in stock after returning the parka. The agent said that sometimes their label printer gets jammed and the wrong order gets sent out. The original shipping box fell apart after opening and I had to find another box for the return. I would give them a 0 if I could. They offered a 20% discount on a future order... but I won't be ordering from them again, so the offer was pointless. I'll be surprised if I ever receive my original order.

Ordered 2 pair of overalls online got 2 ugly t-shirts 10 days later. No invoice, nothing. Cancelled order as I have very little faith in Duluth any longer. Deputy requested I send order back ent me a label to print. I had to go to FED EX 45 minutes from my home. I return the shirts and they send me an email that they’re charged me 8.00 to return their error. Absolute worst! Now I have to spend another 30 minutes trying to get my shipping fees as well as my refund.

Online Ordering System Needs Some Tweaking
I love the products, so that's not the issue. I will openly admit that I made the original mistake here..... I placed an order this morning and when I submitted it, I noticed that it had the wrong delivery address (my fault, should have verified, it's what I get for doing it on my phone and not my tablet or computer). As soon as I received the confirmation of the order, I called to get the delivery address changed. NOPE! they "can't make changes" once an order is submitted? What??? The electronic communication wasn't even cold from the order yet! A simple jaunt into the system to change the delivery address only, nothing else. I was told I had to either try to intercept it with the carrier, or wait til it was delivered to the wrong address and then have them put it in the mail to me. Very frustrating. The rep was pleasant enough, but the attitude was just yeah, sorry, we don't correct those things. Again, I know it ultimately falls on me for not double checking the address, but customer service kind of implies that the customer is getting some service.
Never got order
Placed my first order. Never got it. Won't help at all to find it or refund money. Lesson learned.
Worst product ever and the most expensive for nothing…
I saw their commercial about their underwear. I bought a pair to try. I paid $25. I used it once and then after one wash the elastic waste became useless and now it doesn’t hold up. I used it once for $25. Don’t waste your money.

Total scam. Ordered items Dec. 8 th with expected delivery Dec 13. Ordered 5 items. Received 1 on Dec 13. Called back on Dec 20 to check status as the tracking label said items waiting to be delivered and label was printed. Customer service said it was an issue and the order got stuck. She said they would reorder the same thing and I would get them in Jan. Sometime. Also due to the time of the reorder it was going to cost more than when I ordered it. I explained that the were Christmas presents and asked if I could cancel order. She said yes but I must return the item I received. She then explained I would have to pay them 7.99 to print the shipping label and pay for the shipping fee. The item I received only cost $15. It will cost me more to return than keep. Very disappointed with whole process. I highly recommend ordering online from this company
Don’t order from them before Christmas
I have ordered numerous times for my husband for Christmas as he likes the merchandise and it lasts longer than average work clothes. I ordered Dec 1st for my husband’s Christmas presents. As of today, Dec 20th, I still don’t have it. Tried the chat and that was ridiculous, so I called. It was not any better. The tracking just says on way to next facility will arrive late. If you look back at the tracking history, it just says this over and over for every place, but will not give a town, city or state. They have no idea where my order is. It was suppose to arrive Dec 10th. She didn’t have any idea if I would get it in time for Christmas. They need to get rid of snail mail and get UPS or Fed Ex or they are just going to keep losing customers!
My first ever experience with Duluth…
My first ever experience with Duluth and not good. Ordered Buck Naked underwear on November 30th and it's now Dec. 15th and track shipment still shows on the way. Really? Two weeks and still no order. Customer service is terrible. I will just consider my $50 a learning experience because I doubt I receive my order.
They dont have control of their own processes. buyers are at risk
Ordered a shirt and as soon as i completed the transaction, I realized the shipping address was wrong. Called customer service within in seconds but was told they cant do anything about it. If it ever gets sent back to them they will refund me. They arent in control of their own business systems. I was told it was my fault for the mistake not theirs. Thats the last time i will try to do business with this company. Terrible!!

I have ordered from Duluth in the past and things were okay. On 12/2 I ordered 5 pair of underwear (all would easily fit in an envelope for fast mailing) and now it is 9 days later with no delivery. Track the order and now what was supposed to be to me 12/6 now shows 12/15 on their very bad tracking website. Why.
Just spent 10 minutes on hold to talk to someone and that also was a joke. Said nothing she could do since there was an update today pushing the delivery date to 12/15. I now have been told 12/6, 12/9, 12/11 and now 12/15.
Very frustrated with lack of communication, no concern from the staff and what appears to be a cheap and incompetent shipping system.
Just lost me as a customer, though I know they do not care.
