Un'altro rifiutato : Purchase was cancelled/returned, in realtà sto usando l'oggetto acquistato.
Uno che mi era stato dato per acquisto da Leroy merllin è improvvisamente stato canellato.
E due sono Under review da 2 mesi un disastro

Promettono 7-10 giorni lavorativi per processare un prelievo, ma a distanza di quasi 7 mesi non ho ancora ricevuto nulla, l'assistenza riferisce di avere fantomatici problemi tecnici (quali non si sa, ma immagino che non hanno liquidità, eppure loro i soldi dai partner li hanno già incassati) e di non poter indicare un tempo preciso. In giro sul web si legge che i tempi per un prelievo sono superiori ai 6 mesi. Altri siti di cashback processano i prelievi al massimo in 15 giorni e hanno anche percentuali di cashback maggiori. Ci ho perso più di 100 euro con questi

Pessimo! In attesa di ricevere dei prelievi da Maggio 2019 e siamo a Ottobre.... senza speranze. Lo sconsiglio. Nel frattempo sto provando Libero Cash back nella speranza che funzioni....

The company refuses to provide the cash back on my account even after several attempts from me to resolve. They refuse to resolve. I only ever receive an automated response. It’s been 10 months and still no cash back which is owed to me. The disbursement still shows pending. I don’t recommend this company.

Same here! Not getting my money owed to me. Getting same response but never no money. It's not right! Let's do something about it!

Have been waiting now 5 months for almost $200 in cash back. Getting the same BS responses as many others have reported here. Am interested in finding out if any others would be interested in pursing class action lawsuit against these crooks. Please consider and post here if interested. They should not be allowed to get away with taking our money with promises of cash back for shopping and then pocketing the money themselves.

Ad oggi, 9 Settembre 2019, sono in attesa di ricevere il cashback richiesto in Aprile 2019 e un acquisto mancante risulta ancora in aggiornamento da Novembre 2018, con invio di relativa fattura.

Oltre 10 email inviate al supporto e ricevuto sempre la stessa identica risposta "abbiamo un problema tecnico al processo di prelievo. E siamo in attesa di ulteriori conferme dal commerciante".

La fiducia presso questa azienda si sta esaurendo, anzi, è già esaurita.

Mai più acquisti tramite Dubli.

I have same issue.
Haven’t received any cash back for May 2018-April 2019. I have been asking cash back since December 2018 and keep emailing every 2weeks and still haven’t received yet.
I was supposed to be VIP member which coat $60 (I don’t remember exact amount) to become a membership.
Is it fraud? Should I claim to police??

I submitted a request to Dubli for cashback in December 2018, as I had not received by mid 2019 I notified Dubli about this issue, they apologised and suggested the delay had been due to a technical issue which would be addressed. I have asked how long it may take, but Dubli declined to give a deadline. I have been sending reminders every week but the cash still shows as "pending" on their website.
I don't intend to renew my VIP status or to recommend this company - Dubli doesn't appear to be behaving in a professional manner

We have been attempting since February 2, 2019 to get the cashback owed us ($152). We can never get anyone to respond other than,

"We understand your frustration and appreciate your patience in this matter. We are working to resolve the delay and have all backlogged payments completed soon. Danielle, Customer Support"

What does soon mean? We reported them to the BBB, but they also won't respond to the BBB. DON'T shop with these guys, because they are not going to give you your cashback no matter how much they promise. Tried to put a review on their Facebook page, but all the "visitor reviews" are punted to the side, so someone would have to be searching for them before they found them.

UPDATE: Sent another email today. It's now been 7 months. The email bounced back saying "address not found" (support @dublicorp.com). This is the email all my replies have come from before and now it's not a valid email? So...I Googled dublicorp.com and got this email address as the "registrant" of this website. laxliyazhea @idp.email I sent an email to this address, but don't really expect to get a reply when looking at history.

If there are those of you on here who manage to get your cashback easily, please share with us how you do that. I've also reported to the BBB, but of course Dubli isn't responding to them either.

i'm working with the company from one year and its an amazing opportunity and idea the cash back usually comes during 45 days sometimes there is a delay but i got my cash back completely and also my commission i transferred it to my bank account received it during 2 business days.

Tempi di attesa lunghissimi per la liquidazione dei cashback. Ma ciò che è peggio è che il customer service tende a prendere tempo con inutili scuse in merito a presunti "problemi tecnici".

Primo cashback incassato dopo 4 mesi. Secondo prelievo richiesto a Maggio 2019. Ora è il 16 Agosto 2019 e ovviamente nulla ricevuto, a parte tre inutili risposte alle mie lamentele in cui dicono di avere ancora "problemi tecnici".

Se non risolveranno i loro problemi finanziari alla svelta questa azienda è destinata al collasso.

This site is flat out horrible!!! Been trying to receive cash-out since January but nothing. Customer service claims it's a technical issue...but I know it's all BS. If anyone is looking at this and the many other reviews PLEASE do yourself a solid to never join this ridiculous nonsense and find an honest, reliable, legitimate cashback site.

Dubli is a Scam. I've used and earn around $100, but I've been waiting more than 2 months in order to receive my money in PayPal.

They owe me a lot of $$ and refuse to pay. It's been months. Who's ready to participate in some DDoS against Dubli?

This site is a rip. Dont waste your time like i did. over 100 in cashback. havent gotten a penny from it.

Been trying to get my owed Cashback (£47) paid from Dubli since July 2017. Enumerable emails requesting immediate payment receiving nothing but excuses. It's a scam. From a former affiliate!

Kan varmt anbefales, jeg har brugt Dubli.com meget og fået meget Cash Back, Dubli.comer forbrugerens portal.

Har brugt Dubli i efterhånden mange år, og har altid fået min cash back.. En enkelt gang tog det lidt tid, inden jeg fik min penge udbetalt, men har altid fået udbetalt det jeg skulle... Så kan klart anbefales.. Man skal have for mange penge, hvis man ikke bruger det. For det er reelt penge man kan bruge 2 gange, og uden nogen form for risiko, da det er gratis at bruge.. Deres savemate er et genialt værktøj, når man søger tilbud og vare på google
