Unbelievably rude customer service! I have never experienced anything like it!

My order arrived wrong. They shrunk the size of the artwork and removed the white out of the logo that was intended to be there. Called to explain this and double check if it was something of done wrong at my end. The lady just kept dismissing what I was saying and kept telling me to purchase the order again, which I’m not prepared to do if it’s going to be wrong and cost me more money.

Eventually she said she’d ask a colleague for some advice and then hung up on me!

I called back and she was so rude! Told me a manager was looking into it and would call me back later. So I reminded her that she could have just relayed that rather than hanging up the phone. Guess what, she hung up on me AGAIN!!!!

AVOID USING THIS COMPANY! There is many DTF companies out there and this one should be avoided at all costs!

Totally the wrong colour and they don't respond to emails with no other way to contact them. Terrible experience - I'd avoid these guys at all costs

The prints received had visible white colouring across a number of elements of the design. I provided a high res png graphic that contained no white colour yet when the prints arrived there was a visible white stroke/shadow style element across a number of elements of the design. I reached out to the team about it and provided detail with pictures and they’ve simply blanked me despite numerous chasers. Unless you're happy with sub par quality choose another supplier.

I have been using this company for around about a year maybe and ... I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!
Every order is bang on, fast turnaround, the quality of the prints are super high and when heat pressed look perfect, I've never had any issues or complaints and the packaging is great to ensure a safe delivery, never had any issues with lost parcels or late orders.

I mostly use the create your own gang sheets for my small business and they're perfect.
Communication with this company has always been fantastic so yeah, USE THEM! .. and thank you to DTF Printing UK for being one of the good ones! x

The worse company I’ve ever dealt with. Slow shipping, lost parcels and absolutely NO COMMUNICATION via email. I had to put in 2 cases on PayPal because their customer service is just terrible or non existent. The one time I did get a response after my order hadn’t been shipped for over a week they did they whole “I was in hospital” story but would refund my money because “we are a small business” the colours are no vibrant and true to your illustrations either and they will not do a test print. AVOID at all cost

John And His Team Are a Credit To The DTF Industry
Ever time we place an order it is Printed and out on time.

We have use a couple of company's in the past and have had problems

DTF Printing UK have never let us down with the everyday tight dead lines
