Second time I have dealt with this company. Don't know what their customer service is like because nothing has ever gone wrong for me to contact them. What I do know is that they are competitively priced ,,their communication is good and they deliver free of charge within 24 hours.

does what it says on the box . The 59hrs run time is a little confusing, simply means it turns off after 59 hours ,not that the fuel lasts 59hrs.
Having said that it has run on eco for 4 12 hour days and would not take a full 4 litre top up so it is pretty fragile with the fuel.
Having just lost power for 24hrs thanks to the weather the downside of a live feed becomes apparent. Would recommend .

Just received the WDH 210HB dehumidifier from Dry It Out. Excellent service - 25% cheaper than equivalent on Amazon too - and free prompt delivery. The machine too is great - it replaces an older version of the same make which has done excellent service for more then ten years .

Only issue was sales description of dehumidifier made big point on it sitting against the wall. Instructions say should be at least 20cm from nearest wall!! This is Dry it Out badged dehumidifier so no excuses.
Previous dehumidifier from dry it out been working in my garage for years without issue.

Relied on expensive heating for years to keep my workshop items corrosion-free, until I read their FAQ's regarding the storage of classic vehicles and tools. Their email responses to my queries were timely, helpful and the unit supplied has done exactly what they said it would. Not much more expensive than an oil-fired radiator to buy but much cheaper to run. Better still, the humidity is controlled independently of temperature and so far even some unprotected mild steel has stayed corrosion-free!
