I WISHED ID NEVER FOUND DT!!
I WISHED ID NEVER FOUND DT!!! They took straight advantage of us, 2016 Chevy Colorado valued at “$15,000” yeah right!! I’m paying $+28,000 and THEN SOME!!! BS, it’s just like the rest of the “buy here, pay here” financing crap, THE DAMN TRUCK STARTED RATTLING AND VIBRATING ON MY WAY HOME!!! When I called I was told I’d have to take it up with “SILVER ROCK” or whatever the weird name is, 😂 but sliver rock said I’d literally have to wait until the truck doesn’t run at all before anything could be done, yeah that’s the so called “warranty “ I’ve never felt so cheated and let down before this, I love my truck but now with all the rattling and vibrating, my steering wheel is very shaky no matter the speed, the display screen for the navigation and radio stopped accepting touches, sounds like my engine can’t get fuel & I have to leave it running to pump gas in it, for it to just stall out afterwards!! One headlight is already gone out and by the way my dang wires have been cut so I cannot connect a trailer or camper and have functioning lights!!! These DT employees KNEW I was somewhat desperate due to having to drive a friend’s car until I could find my own, 45 minutes before closing on a Friday.. these folks SUCK!! knowing I’m disabled as well… this country has gone to sh**! Do not use DT unless you read every word ON THE DOCUMENT YOU ACTUALLY SIGN!! Take your time and read EVERYTHING PLEASE DONT GET SCREWED OVER, like I did!!
