Tavon was very professional and helpful. The entire purchase experience was worry/hassle free. This car buying was the best I've. had and O have purchased several cars prior to this. I would recommend drivetime to anyone looking a great vehicle and great customer service.

I purchased my vehicle and had a great experience with the staff. I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness, which is extremely important to me when making such purchases. Went online and filled out the "Your terms with no hit to your credit" and was told I was approved and to come in. I went in and two guys (forgot their names) welcomed me and my mother and asked did we have a car we was looking at and I said yes they had a buick on hold for me and he said that is no longer available. They told me to go outside and see if i see anything and we saw a Jeep for $10,000 they both laughed and said WHY you want that one??? Cause of the price!! YOu have to roll the windows down. I didnt care about what they was talking about but I did care about how they talked so badly about the car that he tried not to sale that car so he had me look at a 16,000 car to only tell me I need $5000 down and cosigner and denied through their bank. Went to another dealer and was approved and have a car now but the car dealer i went to showed me that Drive time didnt even submit me for approval looked at my credit and left it right there. Remind you my credit score is a 675. So I will say this dont go there and waist your time. Cause they definitely waisted MINE!

Motorcycle totaled my car in April 2024. Went to Drive Time for help. salesperson was awful. Was
there 41/2 hours and never offer me water. He told me there was a recall on the car I liked. Said just take it to Ford and they will fix it. One month later I take it to Ford and they tell me they will not have the part till 1/2025. Fast forward to 12/2024. Recall happens. Take it back to Ford. Recall was the oil pump. They told me they will have to replace the pump and the motor. Can't give me a loner till they get the parts. Around 2 months. Can't take it off the lot because the motor could blow up or start on fire. It will be March before I will get it back. The car was dangerous and could have killed me and my family. They knew this and sold it anyway.

Online it said $695 down payment. When I go to gastonia nc dealership they wanted over $5,200 down payment for an $11,000 car!

Quick and easy and walked away with my dream car! Finally am the owner of a 4Runner! I drove several hours the day of and the employees were super nice and held the car for me. I got there right near closing time and they had me out right at closing time.

Upon entering the front door Jordan greeted me with a smile. Asked how can I help you? I explained to him I’m here for the ford eco sport car that’s on hold for me by Dylah from the charlotte store. After looking up at the computer he found my information and everything contained to go well. I’d explained I didn’t test drive the car in Charlotte. He politely gave me the keys and said people normally drive about 4/5 lights make a u turn and come back. I did that and he asked me what did I think and of course I said I’m ready to move forward with the sale. I ran into some problems downloading the apps; him and then John were very patient and helped me to complete everything. John also very kind and professional as well. After everything was done they made sure I got into the vehicle and helped me with the navigation. Again I am so grateful and thankful that Drive Time worked with me and thanks to your employees whom made everything as smooth as possible

Our Sales Professional was Mr. Mixon at the Gastonia, NC office. He was very helpful, courteous and professional. He made the process of buying a car very easy. He's a true asset to your company. The other representatives were very nice and helpful as well. The young lady that goes over your payment options. And the gentleman that sits behind Mr. Mixon. The owner of this location should be very proud.

It hasn't been two weeks since I purchased a Ford escape 2017. Took three hours to get everything done. They make you check everything on the vehicle with a check list to make sure that everything works properly. They also make you write a review the same day that you purchase your vehicle. They also don't go over every thing with you like the first five payments is automatically drafted out of your account.. they didn't mention that until after you have signed all the paperwork. Well two weeks later my car has a check engine light on and already skipping. My ford escape has like 87000 miles on it. So I called drive time to tell them what's going on with my car. They give you a number to call and a website to go to to find out that Mr Tire is the only shop that is covered threw the warranty. I also think drive time knew that the car had issues before they put it on the lot to sale. So be careful on which vehicle you purchase threw drive time.
