Cary Dixon was an excellent sales person. She was knowledgeable and courteous and generally a delight to deal with. Answers all my questions precisely and made the process as smooth and easy as possible.

Heather was very polite and understood what we wanted and was willing to help my daughters get hot chocolate at the fort Wayne store. And she mad us feel welcomed.

The young lady made it very enjoyable. Helped me fill out everything. Saved me a trove by finding what I wanted in town. She was very friendly and just made everything smooth

I worked with Heather Cecil at the Fort Wayne location, she was very nice patient and friendly. This was my first time in their establishment (never knew it was here) despite me living in the same town. My overall experience was nothing short of AMAZING. I walked away with a 2024 Kia forte Lxs. Where as other dealership in town told me no. I was told yes here and that absolutely meant everything to me. The process was straightforward as it gets & not very long at all. Again had an excellent experience w drivetime highly recommended them great vehicles to choose from they take the time to go over everything w each & every vehicle & also after choosing the one you want they go over a full check list nt only to make sure everything is in working order,but also so you know where everything is all vehicles go over a full work through mechanical, before there put on lot.they are also covered w silver rock which is similar to ox or car shield ect.for most stuff except normal reg maintain such as oil changes ect most places don't have anything like that, test drives are a simple route & if for any reason you decide before or @ the 30day mark you can let them know & get something else everyone there is very professional each time I've been there ,they even do trade ins. @ a fair or more then most will do.cary was awesome, before that a few years ago I had Amy great experience both times there available w any questions even after you drive off the lot & think of something the nx day.all over great places to also you can view online what they have, & can if you see something you like you can reserve & if you choose get pre approved before making an appointment. But they really work w people..

Well you do not get to pick what car you want. You don't get to pick the price you pay. Their commercials are not true. I bought a car and not even 8 months later the engine blow up and now I am screwed because they wanted to charge more for insurance. when I didn't have money for it. Plus I only got the choose between 2 vehicles. So 😡

Tried to sell us a wrecked vehicle even (just because a carfax sheet doesn’t show a wreck folks doesn’t mean a car couldn’t have been previously wrecked and not reported to an insurance company!) after we drove nearly 2 hours down to get said vehicle, and it was also super dirty. The female ‘manager’ on duty had absolutely 0 customer service skills and was just plain rude as could be! There was clearly good damage on this vehicle that was noticeable and while the gentleman there was nice and even offered to clean the vehicle, the manager refused to allow that to happen, she’s SUPER DUPER at her job. Bottom line? After we left and didn’t purchase this vehicle, we grabbed dinner and then while driving back past the lot, noticed that they just put that same WRECKED vehicle back out for sale!!! So, bad place to do business with guys and there’s likely a reason people say there’s a special place in hell for used car salesmen, or in this case, their managers??

This was Drive Time's reply, once you are past 30 days you are toast if your engine blows!! They won't even try to help their image by helping out a young family man who's risking losing his long term job over a company that simply does not care and just wants to take your money! This is going to all socials and there are alot of socials if they cannot come up with a resolution for this common problem!

I had a appointment and asked before I drove a hour to the appointment about my paper temp license and was told I could get a vehicle. I made it to the appointment on time had truck with car trailer in case a issue and done all paperwork and last step was to test drive and thay would not let me because of the license that I was told was fine very disappointed and felt like all thay wanted was to get me in door told me I could bye car but can’t take it home

This will take a minute, but if car shopping has you anxiety ridden due to past experiences, please read on! I am a mother of four, who has made mistakes on her credit, has a server wage income to show, and has had such horrible experiences with car shopping that it truly gives me anxiety. When my 1999 Pontiac van became a literal death trap, I didn’t know what to do! I had no money for a down payment, horrible credit, and no chance to get a decent vehicle for my family while I was fixing my financial situation. Sadly, I went to DriveTime in South Bend and walked away in tears after a very stressful two hour ordeal. They embodied everything I was afraid of in this process. I was then directed to try their Fort Wayne location, and that’s when it all changed. Valerie Smith answered the phone with a smile that you could literally hear. She listened, she actually HEARD what I was saying, and she broke me down into tears with a sentence that made my car buying experience completely change… “Take a breath, we WILL get your family into a safe vehicle… whatever it takes”. Between phone calls, emails, and text messages, when my husband and I pulled up to them (a 2 hour drive away from our home), she had everything done and all we had to do was test drive it and sign. The whole time we were there, the two women made me feel like I was hanging out with my girlfriends! We laughed, it was actually fun, the whole place was so clean and cozy, and best of all… we drove away with a 2020 Kia Sorento!!! Best part, they took my death trap for a trade in, and I only had to give up $240. I wish I could rate them more than a 5 star, and that I could talk to the higher ups, so I can tell them what a gem they have in Fort Wayne. Thank you Valerie, for changing my outlook, giving me a chance, and for giving my husband and I a peace of mind that our family is safe on the road. The best car buying experience I have EVER had!!! If life has kicked you down more than you can count, and you’re too scared to try and get a better vehicle, call Valerie! I promise you will not be disappointed.
