One of the best car rental experiences I have ever had. Best customer service, as soon as we entered into the office, the guy at desk welcomed us with a smile on his face. Pick up and drop off process was super smooth. No stress at all, also no hidden charges. Drivalia Park royal, the best recommendation to give for renting car for future use

Excellent service at Drivalia Park royal branch. The guy at desk whose name was Anish was a super helpful guy. He ensured that the whole process went smooth. Even he recommended the insurance option which I also felt as a good and safe option to drive on. Overall very good experience, would definitely recommend the park royal branch for future use.

Unbelievable! We booked a car a MONTH AGO and we were due to pick it up today. We got a message yesterday that there weren't any cars at the time we selected, and that we'd need to do a later pickup. We were just about to head out when we got a message that there were NO CARS AVAILABLE at our location in Stonebridge Park, and that they recommended we pick up a car ALL THE WAY IN HEATHROW.

Now we're stuck without a car and having to scramble to make last minute, very expensive travel plans. NEVER rely on them, they don't manage their inventory well!

Amish was very helpful, polite and professional.
He took time to show me some of the features of the car.
I would definitely use Drivalia again.

I have used the Park Royal Branch in London a few times and the guys there are excellent. The service is simple and the attitude is pleasant and flexible. On one occassion they opened up early so that i could collect on a bank holiday. You don't see other rental firms offering that level of service.

Decent car at a very competitive price. Helpful attendant on the desk too. Quick pick up. Inside of the car was clean but outside was quite dirty.

Absolute bunch of crooks. Closed their shop early therefore I could not rent the car I had booked and paid for. Then they say since I contacted them after the time of the booking I cannot get a refund. They've created a catch22. They did not answer their phone during any of this time. I will never use them again and would suggest others do the same.

Anish at the Park Royal branch was wonderful and my experience as a first time user was not disappointing. I will definitely use them again and really felt I received the personal touch especially should i wish to use them again in the future.

I’m collecting a car now and the car I booked last week is not available. The only available electric option is a smaller car, which so would accept. Unfortunately the car is filthy. Crap all the back. Used tissues. A centre console full of loose oily peanuts and in need of a good hoover out too. It’s also dirty on the exterior but that would be easy to forgive if everything else was OK.
I came for the competitive pricing but right now I absolutely regret it.

The staff was very friendly and explained everything well. The car was not exactly what I ordered but was a good substitute and 25 plate.
I was able to extend my lease via the app which was easy to do.
Overall experience was very good and would use them again.
