Great experience, thank you again to Kolly (apologies if I’ve spelt that incorrectly) who helped me out on Saturday morning just gone (18th April to the 19th April), the service was excellent and the handover done efficiently/ properly/ expertly. I was on the road not long after in a nice Mercedes which was a fantastic experience over all. Will definitively be coming back and definitely recommending on to friends/ family. The had back was also very easy.

A smooth pick up, but then they charged me £160 on return for a tiny chip in the windscreen which was present in the pictures I took when I picked up the car - they then did not respond to my email disputing this, and charged me the money irrespectively. Avoid.

Excellent and very efficient service from Koby at the Fulham Broadway branch. Super quick and friendly pick up and a returns process. Will definitely use again.

Hired a car from them for a day to visit someone in Dorset. A few weeks later received a parking ticket from a Poole Car Park which was fair enough, I'd overstayed. It was paid immediately.
8 weeks later Drivalia take £60.01 off my Amex which is their fee for informing the relevant people who was driving. Queried it & was told it's in their Ts & Cs, probably on page 98 in very small type & I was most certainly not informed of anything like this at the point of collection. Beware out there, they make private parking companies look good.

After returning the hire car, Drivalia attempted to take £430.01 from my bank account without contacting me first about any issues and without providing any evidence or proof for charging that amount. My bank is looking into this as potential fraudulent behaviour. Do not use this company

He alquilado un coche en Birmingham y lo he entregado en la oficina de Fullham. No voy a entrar en detalles del estado del coche y demás. Creo que es el coche con más kms que he alquilado nunca. Lo realmente decepcionante ha sido al devolver el vehículo. He de decir que contraté el seguro con mayor cobertura y sin límite de millas. Además tuve que pagar un suplemento por entregar en otra oficina. Vamos que al final me habría ido a cualquier de las compañías que todos conocemos y me habría salido más barato y sobretodo no me habría llevado esta mala experiencia. Lo contraté a través de Ryanair por comodidad, ya que a Birmingham solo viaja esa compañía. Bueno, el caso es que cuando lo devolví me querían hacer cargo de un raspón que había en la llanta, que decían que no estaba antes. Había una franquicia de 150£ y me la querían cobrar. Les dige que hablaran con la oficina de Birmingham y lo aclarasen porque yo no había tenido ninguna incidente y no estaba dispuesto a pagar por ello. Ya me hizo sentir incómodo con ese trato. No contentos con eso, me querían cobrar 80£ por limpieza del coche. No daba crédito, menudos sin vergüenzas. Me negué a pagarlo. Ahora me viene un cargo de 155£ a mi tarjeta.

I made an online reservation, showed up at the rental location, and the company refused to give me the car due to a documentation requirement that was not clearly stated. I’ve rented cars in several other countries with this same driver’s license without any issues. I was left without a car, my trip was seriously affected, and the company still refused a refund. Total disregard for the customer.

cancelled my car hours before the reservation and tried to renegotiate the price higher. shocking, left me hundreds out of pocket.

My advice is avoid this company, even if it involves additional cost. They are dysfunctional. No 2 people ever gave me the same information and the booking process was extremely stressful. They make mistake after mistake. I was in the uk for my mother's funeral and they could not have been less helpful or less efficient. I recieved one seemingly sincere letter of apology but when I reached out to the supposed writer of the letter she had no idea who i was and confessed that her "office" had issued the letter on her behalf. It soon became clear that the caring letter offering condolences about my mother's death and offering me any help i needed was a hollow and insincere letter generated by a faceless person (or AI), and was totally meaningless.
On top of all this the car was faulty and when I pointed this out all contact stopped. I was sent a letter which was supposed to be on the end of a link but wasn't. Since pointing this out a month ago I have heard nothing. The only thing they managed to do efficiently was charge me a £55 penalty on top of a congestion charge I didn't realise I had incurred. These people are not interested in helping their customers, only in fleecing them, as I said avoid at all costs. The automated reply to this review is generic and meaningless, I have already attempted to communicate using "manage my booking" and agents promise the word but completely fail to follow up or execute their promises. These guys are experts at NOT ever helping anyone. AVOID.

Very organised, paid attention to detail and kindly organised me the best deals and helped me choice the best insurance option. I will be using them again.

George was super helpful and organised. Everything was ready to go as soon as I arrived and he was excellent at explaining details.
I will def use this service again. Great convenient location, right by the tube.

Avoid Drivalia - I was charged £1065, 2 weeks after returning the car.

Obviously anyone could have caused the damage in the time since I returned the car, and what's worse is that the £1065 is for a small chip in the windscreen - Halfords and Autoglass both charge less than £50 for such a repair, and Drivalia have yet to provide any evidence that they have actually done the repair at all.

Complete shambles. On 28th May I booked a car with two child car seats to attend my father’s memorial weekend 29th June in Norfolk. My booking confirmation stated that I had booked car with the child seats. The day before travelling I double checked and got a call back saying that they didn’t have any car seats. They told me that the child seats were ‘subject to availability’. This was never stated at any point of the booking process through a live agent. As if anyone would go ahead with a booking on the off chance that you wouldn’t have the seats is both insulting and extremely bizarre. I was told that if I hadn’t called, then I would have turned up to collect the car without the seats and no one would have informed me. I also still received an invoice that included charges for the car seats. Also the invoice I received is for £59.45 more than the booking confirmation. The only advice I was offered was to book elsewhere with less than 24 hours on a summer weekend or buy my own child seats (I am working all day on the Friday).
